Don't bring your vehicle here, they overcharged me, did not fix my vehicle, and would not respond to my complaint. Save your money and go somewhere else.

My experience dealing the staff at this shop was the most flawless process I’ve ever dealt with. I didn’t leave scratching my head and they kept me informed on everything going on with my car. Brought my car here for a bit of an odd job and a second opinion. And couldn’t be more happy with the service that was provided to me. There are good shops in town but I don’t see my self going to another shop again for any of the work I need done on my vehicles. Not only do they provide excellent work they can do it while not completely breaking the bank. 10/10 would recommend to anyone not just with a European car but any make or model.

SImply excellent service. They did a very thorough inspection of the entire vehicle and quickly diagnosed the front end problem. The needed parts were sourced right away and all the repair and other maintenance work was done quickly and very profesionally. The service writer was absolutely exceptional - she kept me fully informed on the progress of work as it happened and ensured my car is ready for an upcoming road trip. Couldn't be happier with Europro!

Did a good job and very transparent with the work they did. Send you pictures of their courtesy inspection to show you what needs replacing and why. Took a little longer than I thought they would to finish with my car, but at the end of the day waiting a few extra hours isn't a big deal. I trust these guys to get the job done right and to be honest with me about my car!

Unfortunately my experience with Europro was less than professional. Had an initial emailed estimate for a B service on my Mercedes. I dropped off the car and verified the cost. 550$ more. He was adamant on the cost until I showed him his previous quote. Reluctantly he had to abide by the quote. The loaner car was filthy with wrappers and empty cans. No big deal... Returned next morning to find out they didn't replace cabin or the air filter. I just wanted to get my car back. I ended up taking it to Kelowna Mercedes for an actual B service. Basically double at this point. Not sure what I received from Europro but it was not what I paid for. They struck out 3 times on one visit. Buyer beware. Make sure you get what you paid for. Reasonable price isn't always value. Update: tried to contact as per owners request and only got as far as the secretary. Case closed. 4 strikes.
