Brentridge Ford goes above and beyond in their service department. We were told by a different Ford dealership that our repair wasn’t covered under warranty and that we caused the damage. Brentridge fixed the problem for us under warranty. Their service department is exceptional and honest!

Always get great service from the Brentridge team. You can book a time and they greet you by name and get you in on time. Work done is thorough and in a timely manner. So much better (and cheaper) then any city dealership.

Amazing Customer Service! I had called many dealerships looking for this vehicle and it was difficult to get exactly what I wanted. Brentridge Ford was more then accommodating. Johnny, Bernice and the Manager have been nothing but kind, patient and helpful while I was waiting for my insurance cheque to come through. They are even nice enough to have the vehicle delivered to me and offer me a few extras so I can start driving sooner! Not pushy, no sales tactics just a pure and honest dealership. Rare Find! Buying my certified preowned 2017 ford escape was a fantastic experience with Brentridge Ford. I was so impressed with this dealership as I feel completely comfortable and never once felt like a salesman was “waiting to pounce” on me and pressure me into a purchase that I wasn’t interested in. Specifically, Darryle was the salesperson I dealt with, and I have nothing but good things to say about him; honest, super helpful, not pushy or pressuring, gave me all the time I needed to make the right choice on a vehicle purchase, he never made me feel like he was trying to get me to buy the fanciest, most expense option but truly and genuinely listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle and did his absolute best to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Always with a friendly smile on his face, Darryle was super patient with me and always very prompt to respond to any of my emails, phone calls and questions … you could tell the amount of time, effort and hard work he put into my vehicle search.
