Would rate 0 stars if possible . Ethan almost blew our purchase deal for our condo . Assured me that i wouldn’t need a preaproval multiple times . Then took forever almost 1 week to get a answer from the underwriters then just 5 days before I needed to have a mortgage he informs me that I’ve been declined and offered to give me a number for a mortgage broker to most likely work with a B lender . I went my own route through a different broker and got approved easily for a mortgage with a A lender . Do not trust Ethan or his bank
