The staff I met at the St Albert shop was a genius and a phone wizard.He fixed all the problems on my phone.

Best place to come and get phone accessories, they have anything you may want and if they don’t have it at that location he will order it for you. I have got multiple cases, screen protectors as well as camera protectors for my 13 pro max.First time I went in a found out they buy your old devices. I have sold a couple of things and have always got a fair price so much easier than going on Facebook marketplace or Kijiji.Will definitely be back.

Great experience! He has his own cutting machine so is able to cut any screen protector for any phone or tablet, which is great! I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Will definitely go back and recommend!

Mobile Q in St Albert Centre is the place to go for any help with fixing/using old or new phones of any kind.AK is unbelievably knowledgeable about phones. He is so friendly and helpful.. he can work magic with phones ..and he has a huge assortment of accessories for phones/tablets etc .

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SCAMMERS. My brother went in a couple days ago to get his screen replaced as it was shattered. When he gave his phone in to be repaired it was in perfect condition mechanically (other than the screen) when we received the phone back it wasn't working correctly and both the wifi and bluetooth were greyed out. The phone displayed a message Unknown Part" the display is either not a genuine iphone part or it has not been installed correctly.I am no stranger to technology and both my father and mother work with phones and computers. When I went in to get this problem fixed I was yelled at and talked down to. The man working started yelling at me saying that he's been doing this forever and he knows what he's doing. but when i asked him simple questions he yelled at me and treated me horribly. He did not fix the phone but instead said he would need 200$ to repair my phone even though it worked when I gave it to him. Most unprofessional inconsiderate place i've been in awhile. Will not be going back and I would not recommend anyone to go there either. Don't waste your time."

Extremely calm pleasant and honest business don’t believe the personally prejudicial review from the fellow who has a axe to grind. Doubt he was even a customer.

Got a screen protection and was told lifetime warrantee. 9 months later they tell me different. Scam

If AK the man working there or anyone else offers a cash deal don't do it. Lies about what kinda phone he is selling you and then won't reimburse you for the wrong phone he gives you for what you pay. Use credit or debit for a paper trail. I wouldn't take a free phone from dishonest people. Scammers
