My experiences with the doctors, nurses and technicians here has been positive, but my experience with the administrative staff has been disappointing.I was contacted by the office manager (?) about taking an appointment for allergy testing 2 days later. During the phone conversation, I expressed my reluctance to take the appointment bc I was no longer having relevant symptoms and have never responded to any allergy meds. She talked me into going anyway, just in case. She told me to expect a confirmation email regarding the appt, but I never recieved it (yes, I checked the junk mail folder).Today, I phoned ahead of the appt to tell reception that I did not recieve the email, and needed to confirm that the appt was today, and did i need anything. I was told that i needed to be 5 days without allergy meds (too late for that!) and to bring my Alberta healthcare ID.After the appointment, i was slapped with an invoice that I WAS NOT INFORMED ABOUT PRIOR TO THE APPT. No warning about a bill from the manager who scheduled the appt, no warning from the receptionist on intake, no warning from receprmtion when I phoned ahead to check an hour before the appt. The manager blew off my complaint and lied to my face saying [she] must have told me on the phone" - absolutely not

InspiroMed is an amazing Allergy Clinic. Excellent, professional and courteous service in a very friendly family environment from the minute you enter the clinic to the time you leave, is what we have experienced when we visited for my son’s allergy test. We were greeted and assisted by Catherine at the reception. She has very welcoming and professional yet very friendly even at the busiest hour. I specifically appreciate how organized Dr. Ramlall was in communicating the diagnosis.Looking forward to coming back for our next appointment.

I did even get that far the cost of this place is outrageous 100.00 tray fee is BS know wonder our health care is out to lunch the health care place I went to the tray fee was 30.00 a 70.00 difference

My husband was on a wait list and we received a call that they had a cancelation could we go the next day. He said sure, what do I need to bring? She said photo ID and be sure to bring your alberta health card for payment. At the end of the call she stressed a 2nd time not to forget the Alberta Health Card for payment. My husband thought it was odd and even mentioned to me they sure are worried about getting paid. He was referred ( as he has Been to many other specialists and no cost to us) so we were shocked after sitting in a room waiting for results that a lady came in and said oh by the way you can pay a $100 fee on your way out. We questioned it and she said take it up with the front desk and left the room.. we contacted our Dr who referred him and they were also surprised about this fee. So a heads up, even if you are referred, don't assume this visit will be covered. Ask upfront!

Visiting the InspiroMed Clinic was an amazing experience. Very professional and courteous staff. Clean and sanitary patient rooms and front desk area. Dr. Aman Nasir was very thorough and precise during my visit and made sure all of my concerns were addressed in a timely manner. The nurse on duty was very polite, knowledgable and friendly as well. I absolutely recommend visiting this clinic and Dr. Aman Nasir for any allergy, asthma and clinical immunology needs.

I had appointment booked for my son and the office called to confirm. They called me first ( I have never received a call ) and then they called my husband. They told my husband that they called me and I was very rude and start complaining to my husband!???? First they were supposed to confirm with my husband if they called the correct number to reach me and second my husband said they were very aggressive on the phone with him.They have horrible front desk team!!!

I had a great experience here bringing my son Jed. This clinic is always busy, but Dr.Ramlall is really thorough with what my son really needed.The staff from the front end Cathy is really helpful and accomodating up to the nurse during our visit. I highly recommend this clinic. Efficient and very professional.

I have been to this clinic several times; I am very impressed by the staff/receptionist nurses and doctors specially to Catherene for referring the best doctor for us for allergies she saves us from alot of stress and troubles. I will recommend this clinic to my families and friends and I will give 5 Stars for cleanliness and sanitation.

I don't normally write reviews but I just want everyone to know that I had a really good experience when I came to InspiroMed clinic because of the receptionist Catherine Abes. She was very friendly, helpful and very professional. I would definitely recommend anyone to come here, you will be treated very well. Thank you Catherine for answering all my questions in a very professional manner.

The receptionist (Catherene's) is very friendly and helpful she seems to really care for their patients. the clinic is really spacious and clean it’s good for Social distancing protocol for Covid-19 the doctors are very knowledgeable and professionals, I will definitely recommend this clinic 100%.
