My husband and I went to many consultations with various lawyer's around the Toronto and Hamilton area in the search for someone who could assist us with a complex spousal sponsorship case. I can honestly say that Robert Young is the most professional, trustworthy, and honest lawyer I have ever come across. Mr. Young and his staff worked diligently to ensure that my application was impeccably organized and detailed before being submitted. Robert Young and his assistant Andrea are in touch with you with calls and e-mails upon e-mails for payments.. once they have that money.. trying to reach Robert Young if you have a concern or question in regards to your case is next to impossible. In Andrea's words, he's unavailable at the moment.. would you like his voice mail?" Don't bother.. he's not going to call you back.. doesn't matter the urgency of your case.. he's ALWAYS unavailable. If I'M paying YOU thousands of dollars I expect to be treated better then this.. I didn't pay you almost $10
