Researching all that is needed for an RV purchase was made easy and professionally by Heidi's RV. From Sam our sales rep, to Ruth in Service, we were well respected and completely informed as to our role as fairly new RV buyers.Ruth was key in introducing us to the functionality of all aspects inside our camper and thoughtfully answered all of our concerns.All of our service related questions were answered by our service mechanic, whose name I cannot recall, and he made many useful suggestions so as to prepare us for any possible scenario regarding the enjoyment of our Sportsman camper!!We will continue gladly as Heidi's customers and highly recommend them to anyone!

Although we did not purchase our RV from them, their service department has always provided excellent service. The fols there are friendly and always take the time to answer the questions.

My husband and I have been RVing for the last 20 years. We met the Heidi's team at an RV show for the first time in Toronto over 15 years ago and purchased our first RV! So happy with the entire experience. Several years later, we wanted to size up and went back to Heidi's and purchased a second trailer. Another brilliant experience.The next trailer we bought was from another dealership and we regretted it from the first day after we closed the deal. They are out of business now...for obvious reasons.We just purchased our 4th RV less than a week ago from Heidi's once again. The experience has been top notch!!Their long term customer relationship is built on trust, fair prices and great service!! As part of their commitment to the customers, they ensure all trailers receive a comprehensive pre-delivery inspection and that all preowned unit maintenance is fully updated. Heidi's and its entire team (family owned) do not simply view themselves as a trailer dealership, but as a vacation provider and like a five star resort, they aim to make your long term vacation choice highly enjoyable and hassle free. The friendly and highly trained staff are there to answer all your questions and help you find the right trailer or solve your service issues. We had a small issue and they were super fast in coming to our rescue.A few honourable mentions:Bill, our sales guy who drove us around on a golf cart to view trailers and was so patient and knowledgeable.Nick and a teammate (I can't recall her name) delivered the trailer to our campground and set the entire thing up!! They were sooooo great. They made sure everything was working and did not leave until we were satisfied.Ruth was our service rep..... She gave us a very indepth tour of our new RV before they brought it to us. I could go on and on about her, but then the review would be longer than it already is. She is super smart and knows her stuff. She really loves her work and treated us like friends!!!The owners, Urs and Lillian and their now, adult children have had this dealership in successful business for all these years for good reason. This year will mark their 50 years and there is good reason for that.No need to go anywhere else if you arre looking for a used or new RV. Polite, friendly, prompt and helpful service. Heidi’s RV accommodated my service request and helped me immensely. I am grateful to Ruth and the staff at Heidi’s - would recommend them and I will be going there for all my future RV needs

What an absolutely deplorable company if you ever have any issue with the purchase. Let's be honest, a new trailer, even ours that was over 100k, is going to have issues. They are so incredibly disorganized, and Ruth has absolutely no business being customer facing, and isn't fit organizing a lemonade stand, let alone the service of a company that size. They ignore you until you leave them alone, which just isn't going to happen here. They out right lie, and when caught in those lies, they get flustered and say I'll have to look into it and get back to you"

Having some issues with our trailer purchase .. they delivered our new, NEVER USED trailer to us very damaged and I assume they thought we would NOT notice? They are switching it for another one by the end of October but they should not have tried to pawn this wreck on to us!UPDATE: After going back and forth with the owner and his daughter we decided to change our trailer for a different model that was in stock... I want to say that we now have the new unit and it was delivered in great condition as was expected when purchasing a new, never used item. I have given Heidi's one more star because eventually we got what we paid for, a trailer that is not damaged. I wish that things would have transpired differently. A few great people work there... Sam Rizzo (our sales guy) was fantastic! He is an honest, hard working, no BS kind of guy. If you do buy from Heidi's I would recommend dealing with him.... the ladies in the financing office are very nice, efficient and professional. Customer service is so-so. The service department is not great... In my opinion the service manager Clint is not trustworthy or honest... He was the person who told me that the original slide was supposed to look the way it did in the picture I posted. He also spoke to me in a condescending tone.

Once again Heidi’s has provided impeccable service and repair on my 30’ RV. The bill was less than their original estimate and they actually did much more work to ensure the job was done right. Absolutely recommend them. Six stars.

I’m very impressed with the team & amazing inventory at Heidi’s. Sonya, Janette & Sam, surpassed my expectations. I was impressed with the level of customer service & the attention to detail I received from all of them.Everyone at Heidi’s made my experience a wonderful one. Bought a brand new trailer from Heidi's last year, had a problem with the black tank valve half way through this season. Heidi's had a tech show up at our park, on time and temporarily fix my black tank valve so we could use the trailer for the rest of the season. We pulled the trailer to Heidi's to get this issue fixed under warranty and they went over and above to make this experience a very positive one.Ruth and her team have been extremely polite and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend Heidi's overall as this has been the best service experience we have had to date.Thank you,Matt Shepherd

We just had our trailer delivered on September 16th all the way from Orillia to New Hamburg! I cannot rave enough about dealing with all the staff at Heidi’s from Sales all the way to delivery!!! Friendly, willing to help with any issues that arise and the delivery people were amazing!!! Would recommend them to anyone and if I ever need another trailer they will be my first choice!UPDATE: June 28, 2022- so we did request some warranty work...initially it was end of season Sept 21, 2022...obviously not the best time to fix stuff...contacted again May 2022, they did state due to the long weekend again not the best time for warranty work...somehow we fell through the cracks HOWEVER Ruth in service was amazing, did not try to make excuses which I appreciate...and they are now coming to make ALL the repairs on July 4, 2022...I remain impressed
