Service is very slow, they don’t take order at the counter, they don’t take the order with the phone and half the giant iPad for order were broken. I tried to do the order, but after 10 minutes gave up and went to another. The service also seemed very slow.

Friendly staff when we went. Unlike in Québec the king value meals are not available. The Whopper trio in Ontario looks different but over all very good. For the nuggets in Ontario they only gave one sauce unlike in Québec.

Ridiculous. 3rd ONroute in a row with the Burger King closed. I guess they don’t think truckers need to eat??? Please fix your staffing issue.

The On Route BK locations appear to have reduced their hours for covid and never adjusted then again once the province reopened.On a recent trip from Toronto to Montreal we stopped at 3 locations all of which were closed… this location was a Tuesday just before noon. A sign said “closed for the night”… so the only open option was Tim Hortons, that had a line about 40 people deep.There’s no reason the On Route tenants shouldn’t be back to regular full hours.

Worst location ever of a Burger King!!!Bad service, bad ordering options, bad attitude from the employee and they don't accept coupons.On top of everything, they're not offering mobile order pick up.Never going to stop here again.

It's Summer. N they never have shakes in this location. They purposely don't serve it. So if you looking to get shakes from here. Don't stop. Move to a different Burger King Location

Even I won’t give 1 star no choice. Its veggie burger no grilled pattie also cold . If touch u could feel water inside . I spoke to burger king staff really rude manager more rude then staff.. They shoul send u hospital guys im gonna also complain to health Department.
