OMG! this is a place I am differently going to miss after I leave Canada. the ice cream is very tasty, you can choose the topping you wish. I love the peanut butter chocolate ice cream

The quality is top notch. Absolutely one of the best ice creams served in Ottawa. Especially, the guy who was there, he was very friendly and nice.

I had a problem with the chocolates my husband gave me for Christmas - he bought the wrong box. The box could not be exchanged so the manager helped me pick out some of the chocolates that were in the box I wanted, and very kindly, did not charge me. I have been there many times and have also done on line orders and I have never had a problem. The quality is always excellent and the chocolates are always fresh!

As others have said, Miko is so pleasant. He was by himself on a busy Saturday night and still took time to chat and ask us how we were doing. Really love the ice cream bars!

The website indicates that the shop opens ay 10 am on sunday. I waited until 11:15 and gave up. Maybe you should update the hours of operation or speak to the employees that were milling around in the back of the store.

Wonderful service from the Manager Miko!!! He definitely knows his chocolate and helped me out picking some favourites. Definitely one of my places to visit when in Ottawa. I will definitely be back❤️

The best place to grab some icecream, one the best tasting chocolates. The staff is really good and welcoming and more importantly very hygienic she washed her hands after taking our cash so yeah that's good.#chococravings

Brought my son to get some fresh chocolate and the staff were so nice and helpful. It was fun selecting the individual chocolates and the quality is top notch. Will definitely be back!
