AULNEAU ROOFING

I requested a quote and they were quick to come out and took many pictures for me to see the damage of my roof. They repaired the roof and replaced all my soffits/eaves/fascia and they look beautiful now. They were very efficient and had good communication and I highly recommend them.

Dealt with Eli and crew at Aulneau roofing today. I needed to get my roof and attic inspected for signs of openings/ damage and they went above and beyond making sure that they did not miss a thing both inside and out. I have pretty high standards myself and they definitely exceeded my expectations, would highly recommend!

Gave me a detailed analysis of the issues pertaining to my roof and quoted me a very competitive price. They even cleaned my eavestrough and downspouts at no extra cost. I had extraordinarily great experience with Aulneau roofing. First of all, the company representative was very professional, nice and patient with me. He tries to answer every single stupid question i asked about the roof procedure, and really explain how it works. He is so awesome that he tries to manage and solve my problems all the time, even some tiny things like the silicon falling around the house.secondly, the roofing experience was really good. The last two days, they did the roofing for me, and they tried every effort to make the process of roofing efficient and well. The color they selected for my shingle was so nice too. I am in love with my new roof now. Funny thing, they just finished the roofing, here comes a heavy rain all night long. I just feel so lucky to have them done my roof, and a big thank you to Aulneau roofing!!! XD

Was very dissapointed by this company. They were roofing a home down my street and I approached them to install aluminum fascia on my house and garage. I spoke to their estimator and was told they have a seperate crew for this work. I provided all of my contact info and was told I would be called that week to set up a estimate. Heard nothing so I called them after seven business days and spoke to the same estimator. He remembered me and promised he would call me in a couple of days and I was definetely on his call list. Crickets...I can't comment on their work because they can't be bothered to call back. I must be a little fish and they are cherry picking their jobs. The least they could have done is tell me they are busy and let me know whether or not they could do the work that season. I found another contractor with very good communication skills and went with them.

Ilias and the team at Aulneau roofing are excellent! They are extremely professional with respect to work, pricing and responsiveness to answering calls and questions. I am very happy with the repairs that they have done. They were extremely proficient and the price was very fair . Thanks again !

Professionals. I’m not even sure if they took a break all day because it was constant noise on the roof, it was an extremely hard working crew.It did take a little while for them to come do my roof after signing of the contract, but they are obviously in high demand for their great work. Roof looks great! Will use them again and recommend.

Ilias was super responsive. He was good humoured and friendly. He and his crew installed a roof on my new screen room. In short order and when I needed it done. They did an excellent job. Tidied everything up. Went above and beyond to make sure the project looked really nice and even provided some product I didn't realize we needed. They were quick and very professional. I have nothing but praise for Aulneau Roofing. The crew were friendly and personable and Ilias was extremely timely with all communication and did the job earlier than expected. I had a very complicated hip roof barn to have fully redone and Ilias and crew took care of the job exceptionally well. I also had them do the garage as well and I couldn't be happier with the results.There were a few problems and complications that arose but Ilias took care of them and gave me options right away. Their quote was competitive and straight forward and was everything I could ask for offering me 3 different product lines and levels of installation. I went with a top of the line roof system with Landmark shingles and the 50 year guarantee with all the bells and whistles as I don't really want to be doing this barn again in my lifetime.Ilias was straight forward that the structure of the roof was in very good shape for its age and only had to replace a few rotten sections. Other companies I had out to quote for me were saying that they thought the whole under structure was probably pretty rotten and they were talking about resheeting everything in plywood which at $3/ft would have been insanely pricey. Aulneau told me they believed the boards were still good and only replaced what was necessary saving me thousands of dollars.We had our first major storm yesterday and all the shingles are on there nice and tight still. I will update my review if that changes but I am very confident with how Aulneau roofing operates that if there are any issues or manufacturers defects that they'll be here right away to correct any issues.Pictures of the barn roof installation posted in the google photos, before during and after.Thank you Aulneau Roofing!
