It is empty even on Saturday night. Moreover the cashier told me the place was full at my arrival. It was a blatant lie.Update October 2022 : I went again on a Saturday night and guess what? the same cashier and the same lie ' I have only one room available because it is packed '...but it is half empty.

Cute little hole in the wall bath house. It's been clean every time I've visited. Limited room options.Club Ottawa is the only bath house I've visited that isn't 24/7 or 23/7.

I love it there ivecbecome the self proclaimed mascot met some mew friends had fun and as always the young guys who run it have. Become my friends i still say tbey need to upgradecmore and a coed night would rock a dance floor and a bar would really also be a welcome addition

EDIT***I made this review from my experience with the old manager. I've recently learned that he was fired a while ago and after visiting a few times lately alot has changed. Better lighting, cleaner everything, new towels and pillows and so on. So far after being there 3 times I think it deserves my 5 star. Will update accordingly but I don't think I'll need too :) basically as ottawas only place of the sort I think it's alright. I've been to Toronto and Montreal and obviously those are better but I'm not going to spend 4 hour of driving to go there to play..

Simply , just don't go , place is dirty, old , smells bad , terrible music station playing, if its even playing, sometimes just awkward silence in bathhouse , they DON'T CLEAN it on a regular basis , bad bad bathhouse, should be shut down by the health department..STAY AWAY

Usually head here to escape the suburbs on long weekends or during a holiday season visit from the big city. While this place isn't at all fancy, I'm grateful to have somewhere to go where I can have some fun with a buddy or two. Though it can be pretty hit or miss in terms of who's wandering the halls, when it hits, it hits good :) also really enjoying the new flooring and temperature.
