We ran short of oil (unexpectedly, an exterior door had opened a crack) at our seasonal home and with a driveway that is a challenge even in summer, we were ticketed as ‘no winter delivery’. We were treated with respect and consideration when I called. New North came through and delivered the next day.Thanks!

Bought oil and the driver has a hissy fit over my drive way over a lil snow. Meanwhile I plowed it the day before knowing my oil is going to be delivered. These trucks are heavy and he has no excuse to turn down my delivery. This company is costing me more money. Maybe get some drivers with some balls who can give more gas. Personally I think he did this deliberately. If he doesn't like delivering to certain communities he should get a new job.0
