We arrive at 4 and the doorman put up some resistance to get in. Once in we were helped by Graham who was so helpful that they deserve more than 5 stars. I needed a replacement title and I was expecting a huge headache but instead got an extremely delightful experience. Thank you so much.

It was great. I was in and out in no time. Service was great. Glad they are open Saturdays as I had to change my plate so couldn't renew online. It is hard to do through the work week when you only have an hour for lunch.

Huge disconnect between when you call and actually show up at access PEI whoever answers the phones has no idea what paperwork you do or do not need wasted 45 minutes waiting and didn’t have the right paperwork so according to whoever I talk to on the phone that was all I needed so not very happy

Absolutely the worst place to ever go in pei to get anything done. Rude behavior from lady who is supposed to be helpful for new drivers and tolerant of people was unprofessional and unacceptable. How can pei's government let this happen so frequently. So many people have complained about her in other reviews. This is a real issue and should be fixed. Someone in that place needs to learn some work ethics.

Not much point in advertising senior hours on Tuesdays from 8 until noon. When we got there, it was packed up..waited almost an hour with limited seating..no preference given to seniors..I counted 6 of us..the rest were much younger..Must say..it was very disappointing. The man who served us was very friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Staff don't make the rules..Just an old lady's opinion.
