JB Livery deserves more than a 5 star rating!!! I have used this company more than a dozen times. They are always reliable, professional and friendly. We have used many different car types, and all drivers have made our experience that more memorable. This is the only car service I use!!

We have used this company for many years. Airport transport to Logan and Providence. and to take our daughters to several different concerts in Boston. I feel 100% safe, letting a stranger drive my children, who are at this time adults. but feel like they care as much as I do for their safety. Had a birthday limo ride for my sister, I got injured un-expectantly and the driver went above and beyond to accommodate the other guests getting them safely back to my house despite me not navigating everything. The best == 100%. I was embarrassed about his tip not being deliver and he could not have been more supportive about my fractured leg and my health. Never mind he physically helped to get me off of the beach as I could not walk due to my injury.

One of the BEST services in the Boston area!I have always appreciated the service provided by JB Livery. Over the years I used them consistently for train or air travel out of Boston. The drivers are knowledgeable, professional and experienced in dealing with traffic. The office staff have always been spot on with scheduling pickups. It is like talking to or meeting an old friend when you are picked up. Thank you for your high standards of service!

My family and I have used JB forever. The drivers are friendly and professional, and always on time, and the cars always spotless. The customer service is excellent - every time I call they are incredibly friendly and help. Plus, they moved mountains to help me out at the last minute when I dropped the ball on booking limos for my wedding back in 2015. In my opinion, one of the best signs of a great business is happy employees. Every driver speaks so highly of Matt. It's no wonder JB has such a great reputation. I cannot recommend JB highly enough.

JB Livery service is by far the most professional service out there. From the very first contact with them, the office staff were friendly and knew all the questions to ask , which made me feel very comfortable. The cars always arrive early and they are always immaculate and comfortable. The drivers are professional and very friendly. They know the best route to take and safe drivers. I found the drivers very attentive to our needs. Excellent value and quality. As there is so much to take into account when traveling, and with such a large party, the one thing I did not have to worry about was our transportation. On time, extremely pleasant and efficient, JB Livery has always been my go to for any and all car service needs.

I used JB Livery regularly for years before the pandemic and a bit less so for the past couple years. They are on time, responsive, and accommodating to sudden business travel changes. More recently, we utilized sedan services many times for local transportation needs. The drivers were helpful and understanding of our limitations, which made a challenging period a bit more pleasant. I stand by and highly recommend JB Livery.

JB Livery Service Inc. is a great company. I've used them a handful of times to get back and forth to the airport. Every driver was friendly, helpful, and always on time. I HIGHLY recommend using JB Livery Services.I also rented a limo for my daughters 16 birthday. The owner was great to work with. My daughter, her friends, and I had so much fun. I'm grateful for the memory :-)

My wife and I have relied on JB Livery since 2013. All the drivers we’ve had were professional and presentable. They show up a little before pickup time which is greatly appreciated. The office staff does a great job of taking calls and scheduling the drivers. My hat is off to Matt, the owner, for keeping his clients serviced these past 2 years.
