Excellent customer service! Due to bad weather conditions I wasn't able to drive the loaner car back to the body shop. Eric went above and beyond to deliver my car to my office and picked up the loaner.The repair work was high quality.Highly recommended.

If I could give a 6-star rating, I would. From start until the end, Kevin, my Repair Process Manager handled the entire process with care. The whole experience was outstanding and without a doubt, I would recommend them to family and friends.I recently got rear-ended and went to Automind to get an estimate. The process was simple, clear, and I only needed to sign a few documents. Kevin, without me having to request, got in touch with a car rental company and asked for an SUV for me because I've got kids. To my surprise, when I arrived for my appointment, I got a Highlander because he requested it for me - shows how thoughtful he was.He explained the entire process to me and provided exceptional communication, advising me that the process was delayed due to a part that arrived damaged so that they had to order it again and assured me that my rental services would be covered even if I had to go a day or two beyond (as part of Roadstar package).When I got the call that my car was ready, I noticed that the repair was spot on with the repair to the rear bumper and gate. Gap space was equal on both sides and the repair looked absolutely professional, just like how it was originally.To top it off, I received a thank you card from them - but it was customized! It had pictures of my car before and after on a printed thank you card. To me that's just above and beyond and the least I can do is write an extremely positive review of my overall experience with Automind.Keep up the great service!

Eric was professional and went above and beyond for my claim. He had daily updates of the work and even dropped my car off at another mechanic for an oil change. The repair work was also excellent and they have cleaned my car. Overall a very pleasant experience and highly recommended!

Cannot say enough good things about the work they did on the front bumper of my Genesis! The car looks amazing, rare paint color matches perfectly and the entire experience has been completely stress free and pleasant even though I was crazy late in filing the ICBC claim.They took care of everything including some extra repairs I requested, even providing me with a rental so I could still drive while the car was in the shop, they followed up on every little detail, providing me with every bit of information along the way and I absolutely recommend the place for all your body work needs, they did a wonderful job.
