Great service.. actually measured cases. Two air Canada carry on cases worked for a 10 day trip for two to London with lots of space to take home souvenirs.

Went back to school shopping for my kids backpacks at Tanger outlet Bentley. Sign said 40% of except Jansport backpacks. Spent well over 100$ on two book bags and look at my bill only to see it was never taken off. I ask the Lady she said the 40% is included in the price on the yellow tag... There was no yellow tag just a white one with the original price which was exactly what I paid. I wouldn't have minded of I knew what I was paying to begin with but what they're doing is dirty and deceptive advertising and this won't go unreported.

Update: March 26thI contacted management of the store and they were very helpful in resolving my complaint.I stand corrected. They do stand behind their products! They will keep me as a customer. Thank you!March 22ndBentley's doesn't stand behind their product!Bought an expensive leather handbag from this store. Within 5 months the leather of the handbag is worn-out. According to them they can't do anything because there is no warranty and no other customer has complained. They're not standing behind their product and just lost a longtime customer.

The service was amazing! Though everyone is saying this, the service we got from Debbie in the store was exceptional. We came in right before the store was closed and still got great service. We were very troublesome in my opinion while looking for Back-To-School lunchboxes, and Debbie not only gave us her honest opinion, but helped us find the perfect lunch box for the new school year. I am sure we will be coming back next year. Thanks again Debbie!

Poor customer service and poor quality luggage. Luggage is an Investment that is expected to last. Purchased a Samsonite luggage set from the Bentley in Georgian mall, in under a month had issues with the extended zippers falling off. Contacted the store who said it was not under warranty. I purchased a 10 year warranty with the luggage set. Will never buy from Bentley again.
