Urgent/Cough&Cold Clinic (Walk-In Clinic Formerly Inside Walmart 2010-2020)- Must CALL Ahead-

This clinic has been such a lifesaver the past week for our family. GREAT with kids, mine are 1&3.Very thorough, timely, and friendly care. Much better than any walk-in clinic and doctor I’ve ever been to before. They have their own process on how they set your appointment up and how they see you but trust the process and you will be seen very soon with minimal time needed inside. Follow ups are also quick and painless doctor remembered exactly who I was and aided me in next steps. Got diagnosis and prescription sent to my pharmacy very quickly.Not sure who is leaving bad reviews but after reading a couple of them sounds like they were not following the process or had unrealistic/unreasonable expectations.

Very smooth experience. I called them up because I had a sore throat and they asked me to email my health card. Once I did that, they called me back and asked me to come in right away. They took my swab outside the office for everyone’s safety and then doc asked me to wait at my pharmacy till he ran my tests. He gave me a call in about 30 mins and faxed my prescription directly to my pharmacy. Thank you for such a smooth experience.Posting the photo to show where exactly it is located.

Brought my daughter there for possible strep/ear infection.Receptionist said we had to wait in car, after asking if I was vaccinated. We weren’t there for me, so I’m really not sure why that’s relevant or their business.After asking questions about their procedure they told me they had to swab her for Covid and strep in our car before deciding next steps. I said I wanted the dr to check her ears and listen to her lungs and was told they would need her Covid results first. That wouldn’t change the treatment at all though so again, why is that relevant?The doctor was double masked and wearing a visor, seems the Covid hysteria is rampant here. I left and will just wait to see my family doctor who treats patients as normal.

This is the best clinic I’ve ever been too. So long as you listen to what they say. The doctor was great listened to me and the pharmacists were efficient and kind despite my relatively young age.

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would! They were so accommodating today and worked so quickly to get me the aid that I needed. I am very impressed and will definitely recommend.

Dr. SHAYAN has helped my 4 year old twice. He is thorough. Attentive. Efficient. Informative. I was able to see him before my own doctor and appreciate his service. Very covid aware and excellent protocols. Above and beyond IMO.

Phone call first. I actually liked it as you’re not waiting in the area for too long and the doctors actually diagnosed patients thoroughly and carefully. My family doctor wasn’t available and I would come here again as an alternative.Totally recommend this place.

Showed up with my 5 year old boy 5 minutes before their posted closing time. Nobody else there. The doctor said they couldn't see us"... Post a closing time earlier if you aren't going to accept patients up to the posted time. Also he's a 5 year old boy... Maybe if it were me fine. But take the 5 year old

While there are a lot of negative reviews on this page, my experience here was fantastic. I called ahead and got a time slot to see the doctor within the hour, the doctor was professional and courteous (despite my toddler acting out), and the facility was clean and sterile (they had multiple air purifiers and also gave all patients N95 masks). All in all we were seen within 10 minutes and the right diagnosis was made. Can’t honestly find a single thing to complain about.

Doctor Shayan Alexander and his team of staff have been amazing. Very quick to respond, clear diagnosis and amazing turn around time of service. Visited this clinic multiple times for treatment for my wife and daughter. Thoroughly recommended
