SPIRITUAL CONNECTION
I love Vicara wellness!! I’ve been doing the Gentle Strengthening class for a few years now and it is amazing! I have more flexibility and strength. It keeps me mobile.Christina is an awesome instructor and really tailored the classes to each individual need. I love that I can do it right at home.I recently did a coaching class with her as well. It was extremely helpful. She has tons of insight and really helped me to clarify Amanda calm things in my own head. I would give 20 stars if I could!! I can’t say enough good things about Christina!!
