Pizza Factory

I ordered for delivery I live near downtown, asked if that was okay the girl on the phone said sometimes they are unable and when it's busy wait times are longer and more charge for delivery fee. I said that's fine as I have been craving their pizza for a while. We got it delivered faster than quoted, hot and perfectly cooked.

This place is disgusting. The owner name Satminder so called SAT, treat her employees like slaves. Those girls who work behind the counter doesn’t get any breaks in 8 or 9 hour shifts. They use 2 days old dough for the pizzas. I think there are other plenty of very good pizza places. She is the most unprofessional and disrespectful owner operator I’ve ever seen.

They were very quick on the delivery and the pizza was amazing lots of toppings and friendly service it's my go to place it was very good thanks pizza factory in rutland .

Gave this place an honest few tries because it's near my place. Disappointed all 3 times. Not going back. Greasy, soggy and barely anything on the pizza. Sorry guys

The pizza’s overpriced the wings have no meat on them. Their prices are way too high and the rude over the phone.

Pizza was good, but the wings were so dry that many were in edible… very disappointed

Usually, I order the lasagnas, which aren’t too bad for the price.Couple of days ago thought we would try the pizza because our friends recommended it.I was not happy with my order at all.One of my two pizzas was missing toppings on two of the pieces in the box. Upon first glance at the pizza, I thought maybe the toppings had slid off over onto other pieces. But I was wrong. For some reason two pieces out of eight pieces were missing. toppings on I’m just doing. I’ve eaten a lot of pizza and I’ve never experienced this before. Very unimpressed.And I did eat one piece out of the eight pieces in the box because I was so hungry.I don’t think I’ll ever order pizza from there again.

I ordered a hawaiin and an el greco for delivery. When I opened them up they were both el grecos. I immediately called to tell them, was put on hold then the girl that apparently took my order said that I had ordered an el greco and a spinach and NO hawaiin. I told her that was wrong and repeated my order. Again I was put on hold for a lengthy time and finally they came back on and said again that I had ordered 1 el greco and 1 spinach. Again I told them that my order was for 1 hawaiin and 1 el greco, that I had repeated my order twice on the phone and the person taking my order repeated it back to me and I was on speaker and my husband was sitting right there and heard the conversation. She then told me that she would send a hawaiin and to give the driver one pizza back and that he needs to take a picture of it. I've never heard of anything more ridiculous! I complied with their instructions and gave 1 of the pizzas back to the driver when he delivered the hawaiin. I certainly don't mind a mistake but to continually say that I was in the wrong completely turned me off of this place. Just admit your mistake, apologize and make it right. I've never heard of a restaurant asking for the food back. Get your business practice in order. Won't be ordering from this place again.

Used to be our go to for pizza but the last 3 times it has been a very thin soft/soggy crust. Wish they would go back to how they used to be about 2 years ago when they had quality pizza for their amazing price. Topping are always fantastic but the crust doesn’t make the cut any more :(
