If I could give zero stars, I would. I own a commercial property in Lynnwood, and one of my tenants, a restaurant, uses this company. However, when contacted to do a very simple repair, the owner Kenneth lied repeatedly, did no work for weeks, refused to contact the owner of the restaurant or myself for information or updates, and when confronted, made excuses and basically told me he can't do the work. He actually told me to go find a bigger, better company to do the work he doesn't want to do. I will be reporting this business to the BBB as well.
