I am being as honest as one good person can be about this place.If there is one regret in my life up until now, that would be allowing my 13 month old daughter attend this daycare for 4 month.My daughter kept telling me that she is being abused and beaten by her teachers at Ever Green Daycare in Markham and i unfortunately paid little attention to that, simply because i thought she needs to adjust to the new place and that may take time.One day i decided to go and check on my daughter unannounced in middle of the day.As i approached the entrance door, i thought i should just take a peak at the big window and see how she is doing.I was absolutely horrified by what i was witnessing. The teacher was actually hitting my daughter in the head and my daughter was just crying and her eyes were just moving from left to right looking for help.I immediately went inside and wanted to do the same to her teacher, but thank God my reasonable side of me took over and called the police and subsequently the ministry right away.They were investigated by the ministry the day after and I do not know what happened to the teacher and Ever Green Daycare after that.I called the ministry back couple days later, and was informed that Ever Green Day Care has been given a warning, and that for now, that is all they could do.This horrible event took place last year.You can check the legitimacy of my experience by requiring Freedom of information act.Our children deserve better. My son is a toddler at the daycare and they take great care of him. The place is clean and they take all proper protocol to maintain this. The teachers really take an extra effort to enhance the experience of the kids on a daily basis by doing extra activities to promote their development. They always update me on a daily basis so I feel like I am in the loop. I’m so glad I made the decision to send him here!

This daycare and the staff are AMAZING. I lived around Kennedy and 14 for about 12 years and Evergreen Daycare had watched my 2 children for 5 and ½ years. If I hadn't moved further we would still be there. And also a BIG thank you to Ms.Livy she is the mother of the daycare and the heart of everything and everyone. I give Ms. Livy in the infant room 5 stars. She is such a loving warm soul. It was challenging leaving my little one in the hands of a stranger but Ms. Livy made our experience a wonderful one! My son adores her. We are so grateful we found her!

I get my coffee here in the mornings. It's next to a Tim Hortons. They have a playground outside which the kids have to cross the parking lot to get to. Today I noticed something that I've noticed often and I couldn't take it anymore. The teachers are all wearing big sun hats in the playground and standing in the shade while all the kids are running around and playing and not a child or toddler is wearing a hat. Or any sun protection. Seems to be a basic disregard for the health and safety of the children that attend this daycare. Putting hats on the children outside in this incredible heat and sun is elementary decision-making reflecting care and concern for the children they are minding. Had a conversation with the principal - they better change their ways ASAP.

Extremely dirty daycare, it's clear that the owner has no interest in the safety or health of the children. ZERO STARS
