Charming.welcoming owners. Great chocolate.Excellent choice for easter.

We have a family reunion nearby. We stayed 2 nights. Breakfast was delicious and the hospitality was wonderful. The decor was really worth to see.The homemade chocolate and ice cream are worth buying. Would definitely stop there again.

I can't say anything more about Auberge L'Oeuf than that Pier and Monique Normandie are amazing, angelic lifesavers! After a weekend in Montreal with a girlfriend, my car broke down on Easter night, and it couldn't be fixed for two days. Our garage mechanic drove us to L'Oeuf around 9:00pm, and Pier and Monique took us in right away! We got a very cozy room with bathroom and TV, and went down to the Restaurant for a late dinner. We each ordered a seafood pasta dish and split a pitcher of sangria - both out of this world! The next day, the included breakfast options were ham and eggs, or crepes. Again, both to die for. Oh, and they offer coffee in a cup or a bowl! So delicious. They really know how to wake up the senses to a great meal!Completely out of his job description and solely out of the generosity of his heart, Pier even drove us to the grocery store so we could get some snacks and other toiletries for our extra days in Quebec.As if that isn't enough, did I mention the front of the store is a chocolate shop?!? Considering this was Easter weekend, they were just finishing making hundreds of orders of Easter candy (and they even have ice cream in the summer!).While family and friends were worried my friend and I were stranded in Canada"

I read reviews online and thought it was worth stopping for a bite. So glad we did. The meal is homemade, delicious, filling and worth every penny. The ambiance is lovely, the owner and waiter are kind and courteous. We were traveling with our young kids. So, I recommend it to singles, couples and families.

Excellent honey and cassis ice cream!!

Great homemade chocolate products, snacks and interesting souvenirs (pocket knives, etc). The highlight for me was the earl grey flavoured ice cream. You just don't find that anywhere else! It was a hit with all who tried. Pity they only had enough let for 1 serving.

Fantastic, local, hand made chocolate, ice cream, sweets and French pastry.

Venue and décor excellent. Wine and alcohol prices were reasonable. Food presentation was very good. Seafood crepes were good but lacking in food from the sea. Seafood pasta was very dry and short on seafood. When asked for more sauce, was told there was no more (?)Dessert Crepe presentation nice. Applesauce used instead of an apple pie filling (disappointing).Menu could use improvement regarding execution / value.

If you stop there on a bike ride have one of the fruit bars with your espresso.
