I have worked for RFL for 3 years and it is a great company to work at. I referred 3 of my friends to work here as well, management were all very helpful and nice. Penny was always very kind and available if you needed assistance. Shoutout to Shahin, Evona and Elias for being great help throughout the 3 years I’ve worked here. Worked at Recreational Coordinator and Pool Technician. I highly recommend this job for any student !When I was not able to work a fixed schedule, I offered to pick up shifts anywhere they needed assistance if it worked with my schedule.I will still refer this job to anyone looking for an easy going job!

First off they message you to write a good review on the company so all these reviews are bogus. Management is completely clueless on what’s going on the business seems absolutely unorganized and unprofessional. They get mad if you can’t find coverage for your shift and they call you at 7am if they need coverage absolutely ridiculous. You deal with all times of pool chemicals and it’s honestly so toxic and dangerous. We basically are pool technicians because we balance the pool/spa with all types of chemicals that harm residents skin. It’s honestly outrageous with the kind of money the company has they should hire permanent pool techs who can properly deal with the pool stuff. It’s so mind baffling how cheap this company is to their employees and expect so much out of them. it’s quick cash honestly if you need the money it’s flexible but not worth the abuse that comes with it. I honestly have so much to say but I hope others speak up on how horrible this company is. Management asks you not to tell property management anything negative happening or any negative review on the company so they don’t ever get called on the negative stuff that goes down with this company

I have been working with RFL for around 8 months and I haven't had a single bad experience. Started with some very helpful training that made me so comfortable with the job from the first week. The management team is always supportive, they are always ready to answer any of your questions. Another point I have to stress on is how much flexible your hours could be, it is really the perfect job for students. The workplace is very relaxing, and if you had any questions your team will get back to you in less than a minute to make sure you won't be facing any difficulties. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a part-time job.

Working at Results Fitness Lifestyle has been a very enjoyable experience. The management is extremely helpful and concerned about the staff. They pay their employees generously and treat them nicely. Work ethic is always rewarded. Students are accommodated by the management, and works around their schedules.

Results Lifestyle offers extremely flexible hours (that are fixed and consistent throughout the week) and management does their bestto accommodate around your availability according to what your schedule might be like.The job centralizes primarily on customer service where most interactions happen between residents (most of whom are courteous and kind) and the administrative tasks that needs to be completed become fairly simple once you get comfortable with it. Hence why I believe this job is ideal for students.Management is kind and extremely transparent and communicative. They’re (including coworkers too) always there to answer your questions or with whatever issue/concern you may have.I highly recommend this job to not just students, but perhaps, anyone as well. They provide great part-time hours, a friendly and relaxed work environment, and communicative management.

I’m a pool technician for Results Fitness Lifestyle and the company is managed by a loving and caring team. Great pay plus lots of hours and a flexible schedule gives me the ability to live my best life. Co-owners Penny and Peter take great pride in their work and it’s apparent in the training, team building and the final “Results”.

Great company to work for the management team takes pride in their work and works along side the coordinators to ensure the smooth running of the recreation centres. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to work within a team environment that is supportive, communicative and understanding. I highly recommend this job for students and anyone who needs flexible scheduling. They offer great part time hours, a friendly work environment and a supportive management team.

Results Fitness is a great place to work. The CEO, managers, and supervisors are all extremely kind and helpful. The company consistently goes above and beyond for its employees, you are truly supported. If you're a student, the position allows you to balance work, school, and life. The company does an amazing job in accommodating around your availability. Overall, great company to work for I highly recommend it!

Working with Results Fitness Lifestyle has been a very pleasant and valuable experience. I've been with the company since 2018, the work experience onsite itself is unique and enjoyable for those looking to improve their customer service skills. Every day you get a different experience and their management team is also amazing. They are extremely understanding and accommodating, they provide all the tools and resources to be successful in your work and are a great team to be apart of it. My overall experience with the company has been phenomenal and I am grateful to have the opportunity to work with them.

Great company to work for. Management is organized, helpful, and understanding. Never once has there been problems with pay or vacation time. Not to mention that you work alone, No manager with you all the time. Also, working doesnt feel like a chore but rather feels fun and productive. Overall one of the best companies to work for especially if you are a student.
