The crew arrived on-time, and were very pleasant and friendly. Explained what they were doing, and the whole transport process was smooth and professional. Also the only company that accommodated a same day notice (I called seven), and had an electric chair which made the climb up the two flights of stairs cost effective (only required 1 crew, while the others were quoting 3 to 4 crews). Thank you MedEvac.

My mother needed to be taken to the hospital for a procedure, so we ordered ambulance service from MedEvac. The 2 staffs that arrived to assist us were on time and very friendly. They were very well-trained and attentive to my mother's situation, and they were happy to answer any questions and concerns I had. The staff driver drove safely. My mother and I felt that we were in good hands. Thank you so much for the amazing service, we will be back for more

I used the private ambulance service yesterday for my 95 year old grandmother. The team did an amazing job at making her feel comfortable during the trip. The equipment was also very high tech and safe compared to other private ambulance companies we’ve used. The guys were friendly and very accommodating - will definitely use this service with Med Evac again!

The MedEvac crew that performed the transfer of my 95 year old aunt did an excellent job. Unfortunately, I didn't get the names of the 2 women. They were on time, professional and helpful. The trip went very well and I would definitely recommend this company from the person who took my order, Fab, to the ambulance crew. Thank you for making this transfer run so smoothly for my aunt. MedEvac did a great job of transferring my Mom from the hospital to home. They showed up on time, were friendly and helpful, and even maneuvered the stretcher through tight corners. Thank you for excellent service. I would definitely use them again.

MedEvac had to move my 86 year old father from Mississauga to my home in Etobicoke. The price was reasonable. The two men who handled this request did an excellent job. They arrived on time and surveyed both locations to ensure they did the move correctly. I would highly recommend their services to anyone who needs transportation this way.

I’m reviewing the company from an employee perspective! I have never worked for a better company/owner/manager. Ace (the owner) as well as the team of supervisors and dispatchers at MedEvac are always happy to help with anything we may need whether it’s during a shift or outside of work. They really do go above and beyond to make each shift comfortable and safe for the employees as well as the patients. They have a very compassionate, well educated, and understanding team. My coworkers are also wonderful. If you’re debating applying for a transfer service, I highly recommend MedEvac. 10/10

MedEvac did an amazing job moving my mom from the hospital to a nursing home in Ottawa. The booking process was seamless, they accommodated my last-minute booking and pickup changes. My mom had only positive things to say about the crew who took care of her, they were punctual and compassionate. Can't recommend their services enough!

The staff involved in my Mother's transfer from London, ON to Ottawa, On were very professional. I was extremely pleased with the drivers and the fact that the staff were with Mother during the trip to remove any anxiety or stress.

Phenomenal! Our medical transport team Ish and Kevin who took care of our 93-year-old Dad's transport yesterday (Brampton, ON) were beyond professional and kind. Their attention to safety and care were so appreciated and made all the difference re: smooth logistics and travel. A huge, heartfelt thank you from our family.
