Had a fantastic experience. A few days after signing the paperwork someone was at my house trapping up areas of concern. A few days past that my roof was being worked on. The roofing staff were super nice, and work was completed within a weeks time (rained a lot that week). They kept me apprised of all updates and damages they found once the shingles were removed.They were the only company that wanted to meet with me during their initial inspection and inspected my attic. Really impressed with the sales staff and the overall experience.

Had a leak coming into my home. I spent hours trying to find it. Called Ben's out and within 10 minutes they found the leak, and next day it was fixed

If you call and aspect a return call. You will be disappointed. I asked for a black roof & got a brown roof. After they cleaned up. They left tire tracks in my lawn. I asked them too roll the lawn. When nothing happened I phoned and left a message. No reply. I had to pay someone else too roll the tire marks out of my lawn etc.

Terrible experience 6 week wait for them to come by and start working, was going to maybe change companys and told them and they said just do it then? That's not good business. They did a alright job on the house but did the wrong part of our garage. Then blamed us for the mistake, damaged siding on the garage from the flying shingles when there sapossed to protect the area and they didn't take any responsibility for their mistake. Now they are getting grumpy at us for realizing there mistakes, as well as you can notice nails sticking out of the peek of the garage and they said it's normal which its most definitely not. A company truck moved our boat to the lawn while working on the roof and keep refusing to put it back and was told that its our responsibility to put it back. after they were done with that area the workers said they would put it back and have not done so far, we can get in trouble for having a huge boat on our lawn by the city and who's going to pay the fine? Not us. I will not refer them to anyone terrible job terrible service. Now we have to pay a different roofing company to fix there mistakes and it's ridiculous. Terrible.

I am completely satisfied with the quality of the job and the professional behaviour of the work crew. Worked hard under extreme heat conditions . Spent considerable effort to always keep the worksite clean and tidy - during work and before leaving for the day. Roof looks like a Rembrandt. Highly recommended.

Last summer It was hard to find a roofer that would return my call. Ben's got back to me very quickly and Jason was very honest about how quickly they could get to the job as they were very busy. He kept us up to date on time lines. Once they started the roof they did a great job. They had some crazy weather to deal with but planned so that the roof was never left exposed. The roof looks great and is keeping us warm and dry.

Very unprofessional, took 8 months after signing contract to start job, broke glass in patio table (promised to replace, still waiting) left job unfinished roof leaked causing ceiling tile to sag, water on floor. Full of excuses every time they are called about a problem

I should have done more research on this company before hiring them. Very poor service. They kept pushing my job off week after week. They finally started then took over three weeks to complete. There was days they should have been working but no one showed up. They asked for money early to pay for the plywood but in the contract it stated to be payed in full when job was completed. The owner a older gentleman called me at 830pm one night while they were in the middle of the job and said if I did not pay for the plywood he was not sending anyone to complete my job so I was ready to have someone else come finish the job but once they realized they had to finish to get payed they rushed and finished I would never recommend this company or have they do any job for me ever again !

On Saturday, March 10th, after communicating with this roofing company for a week prior. I had driven for 2 hours, to meet up with this company as pre-scheduled, for an estimate to do a steel roof on a home of ours. The scheduled time came and went, we drcided to place a phone call, thinking maybe they were just perhaps running behind, to my surprise, they did call back and said they totally forgot, and that he could be out to meet us within an hour or two. How extremely professional. So glad I found out this way, rather than paying for this company to do the job, to be jerked around. I strongly do not recommend for anyone to waste their time on this company. By now reading other reviews, I see now this has been a pattern for them. How do they stay in buisness is beyond me. Regardless, thank god for the other that did show up, with samples, quotes, and ready to do buisness. My steel roof is getting started next week, from a very professional, who obviously knows how to treat their customers. Lesson learned for us, always read reviews first, for if I would have, I woul not of wasted a few hours of my Saturday, waiting on someone who forgot.
