Horrible service, they registered my late husband with the wrong name it’s been 2 months and they haven’t fixed it. Left over 10 calls and emails. No one returns your calls. Went there if you don’t have an appointment they don’t let me in. They were supposed to apply for the funeral benefit and they told me to do and pay up front and now I am not entitled to anything

Affordable, accommodating personnel, clean and spacious building..recommendable.

As difficult as this experience was, I am grateful to the staff for treating me and my family with such kindness. The service was beautiful, and the staff took care of everything from beginning to end, allowing us to spend more time together, and less time on paperwork & planning. I’d like to particularly thank Anna, who was absolutely wonderful. She went above and beyond at every opportunity. She made us feel welcome & cared for, and I could truly feel her empathy for our loss. It was Anna who really made the painful experience bearable. We feel so lucky to have had someone so wise and compassionate helping us through such a difficult time. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you, Anna & team.

It was such a heartwarming experience. I went there for my father in law’s funeral. When I entered to the building our cultural music was already playing. There were pictures of him all over the place. Staff was well mannered they allow to do all of our rituals also they are very supportive. One of the staff members always with us if I need something. Overall very good experience.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They were very accommodating to our needs. Facility was new, clean and refreshing. Unlike any funeral home that I have visited

Horrible experience.. The old guy has no respect for people. Also the girl is extremely unprofessional.I will never use them again ! I don’t recommend them at all !

We are grateful to Edmonton Crematorium and Funeral Home for their professional services. My cousins and I had gone to them in March for my Uncles funeral services. The Director went through the whole process with all of us, from filling out the forms to arranging flowers. They whole staff was so kind and caring.Thank you for making these arrangements so easy for us and giving us the option to keep his remains safely with you. I highly recommend their facility for all funeral services.
