I have taken many clocks to Miller's. The staff is very knowledgeable about all clocks. I took a cat clock that was in pieces and they have it running. Grandfather clock built by my grandfather, working. They also found parts for an old hunters cabin coo coo clock. Not to mention the watches I have bought for special occasions. They are my clock people.

For watch repair, this place is wonderful. I was at the EAA convention and found Jeff to me a master watch repair expert. I had an old Heuer chronograph from the 70s that no one could repair. Jeff took it and it was a long wait for parts. Once fixed it had a minor issue he took care of no charge. The man is a remarkable watch maker and also has a wonderful personality. I highly recommend his repair service and the store.

We brought in a mechanical clock that was a little off with the chimes, but wouldn't you know it, the chimes sounded fine when they checked. But they took the time to show us how we might fix it if the problem comes up again. We really appreciated them taking the time to do that.

I have been unhappy with their service the last few times I've gone there. I definitely will NOT be using them again. Citizen watch owners beware, they are NOT an authorized Citizen repair shop.

Very courteous & very helpful. Did a remarkable job of fixing my 30-year old analog+LCD Pulsar World Watch. Cost was less than I expected. And I don't know of anyone else who could have fixed it!

Don’t let the name fool you, they have much much more than clocks. This family owned business has been part of the community for years. They have a fabulous gift section of baby, communion & confirmation gifts. Also yard decor, scarves, jewelry, candles & a ton of cute things for your fur babies & so much more! And last but not least is their collection of beautiful Christmas ornaments & decor. These items are something you won’t see everywhere else & the prices are very reasonable. I have bought many things for myself and gifts for others.

In my opinion they have a very unethical way of doing business.After they installed a new quartz movement in my clock, they rudely and completely refused to tell me what brand of movement it was.I requested the brand name of the part because they gave me no owners manual, and I wanted to find some user info on line. I question why they feel the need to hide the identity of the product they sold me.

Took a watch here to have the crown stem replaced. Waited 3 months for the work to be performed, and now it gathers moisture on the inside of the watch. When I dropped off the watch I wish they would have been more clear with the lead time. I utilized them instead of sending back to the MFG because I like trying to support Small businesses when I can. Lesson learned I guess... Oh, I also was told it was taking so long because they were waiting on parts from marathon. After receiving my watch the stem is not a factory marathon part.

Considering the issues finding reputable and experienced clockmakers, they do a fine job. Patience is necessary but worth it.
