The owners are excellent guys, very helpful and go the extra mile!

Stand out guy's. They've go out of there way to do me propertay. Last year they red-id me backyard. Very pleased with they're service.!

Great company, they do a great job on my property during the spring, summer and fall months.

They must have friends and family writing good reviews because after having them provide lawn care and snow removal services, we were not pleased at all. Don't waste your money here.

Grass a little long in yas, good thing they come round every wee kto make it look good.

Last winter they did a poor job on two properties (for the part of season they were doing it, not even the entire season). Just one example, in one of the properties, our car got stuck in the snow for 45 minutes and it was several hours after the snow finished. In the other, it was a corner lot, and people were walking in the streets for days and the side side-walk was not cleared after many snow falls with the excuse that we didn't communicate to them in the first place.They are arrogant, when it comes to handling your complains.The business owner is a franchisee and The Gardener which is the Franchisor says on the contract the sole responsibility for the performance of the contract is with the owner. So don't think you're dealing with a well-established company with standard work flows and many branches in different cities. In fact, it doesn't seem they are much more than a call center which only serve to delay communication with the owner.Save yourself a lot of headache.---------------EDIT: Despite the owner's claim, this case is still open in the small claim court.EDIT 2: The owner claims in their current response I was not their client. This is not true.
