The Westin Calgary Airport

Was here for a wedding and came to lobby bar for a drink and coffee. Must commend the way Ash made my drink, the best Aperol Spritz and a wonderful cappuccino. Very professional and courteous service. The hotel is big and nice overall.

CONS:**noise protection is SO BAD! I have early flight, but can hear teenagers running and yelling for their moms in the corridor @11:30pm.**fragrance in the lobby is way too strong, it made me feel sick after staying there for a food break.**there’s an UNRECOGNIZED, USED sicker on the shower towel provided!! 4-star hotels shouldn’t have this issue.PROS:*close to the airport, has free shuttle bus.*can only find food in the lobby, no restaurants nearby. But the food is nice.The hotel itself is quite good; rooms are large, staffs are super super friendly and helpful.

I stayed 3 nights at the Westin Calgary airport this past weekend and it was fantastic. Great service, the lobby bar was open late enough to grab a bottle of bubbles after a long work day. The gentlemen behind the bar were fantastic and had great customer service. Felt very welcomed. I brought my child along and she loved the pool, it was clean and accessible until 10pm. The rooms are nice and we were comfortable during our stay.

Wonderful location. Attended a wedding reception this past weekend. It was spacious, well lit and staff were very attentive. Ample parking.

I have never ever had experienced excellent service from EVERY area of this hotel. From front desk to room service and pool service I have no words but only excellent! We were greeted very courteously and every SINGLE ONE from this hotel made sure our needs are met. Shout out to their room service—above and beyond!!! And also to Edward who was very helpful to me and my 4-yr old daughter at the pool area providing us with towels and assisting me with the hot tub. Thank you Edward for your kindness. We super appreciate your help and excellent service.

A quick five minutes from the airport. Shuttle is on demand, so you must call or arrange through Bonvoy chat.Overall service was phenomenal. The hotel restaurant in particular shines. The staff provided the attentiveness and professionalism of an intimate upscale establishment.

We attended a high school graduation here. I believe there were around 1600 people, a huge grad. Surprisingly well organized. They had 4 buffet lines and 3 bars set up. Food was a 7.5/10. Pretty good with that many people. We did manage to find a parking spot, but the place was pretty full. No complaints about cleanliness. Well done!

Odin's Raven!, the showers here are amazing. Seriously...I could just stay in the shower all day. It's probably, hands down, my favorite part of my journey to Arizona so far. Well done Westin, well ****ing done. Also the rooms are nice, service is good. Thread count on the bedding was adequate. I'd stay here again, definitely would shower here again. Recommend.

I stayed with at the Westin Calgary Airport and wanted to share how lovely the staff at the restaurant were. I wish I could remember the ladies names as they were kind and went above and beyond to make my dinner and breakfast experiences wonderful. The food was so yummy and beautifully prepared. Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay.

Came down to YYC for a dance competition. Called months prior to get the group booking rate but was all sold out. No option to be put on a wait list but opted to pay full price so that our daughter could be with her buddies and not be left out. After talking with a couple dance parents, sounds like there were a couple of last minute cancellations- would have been nice to take one of those group bookings.Room was spacious and clean. Slippers were provided but no robe like in other rooms (my14yr old was a little disappointed that her friends had one but not her)Buffet @ breakfast as nice, fresh juice and a lot of options. Scrambled eggs were a tad runny one hash browns were dry but it could be because they were old (didn’t eat until 9:30)My biggest beef with this hotel was during our last night there. My daughter ended up catching something and was vomiting all night, we finally fell asleep around 6am. When we woke up at 11 I called to see if we could get a late checkout which I was declined (but other dance parents were given a 3pm checkout)Zero compassion to our situation.No meds on site either, so I went driving around to different gas stations looking for something.Also, no ice machine on the main floor (although there’s signs indicating otherwise) we were advised to ask the bartenders on the main level (that ice had an odd/alcohol aftertaste) or go across the hotel and go up to the second floor.All ‘n all, pretty disappointed in our stay.
