This bakery is one of the best, especially for people that cannot have/prefer gluten-free, vegan or a mix of things.I go multiple times a month and the service, whether it be from staff or the owner has been top notch. The hot drinks along with the cupcakes/cookies have always been tasty. We just picked up our first custom gf+vegan cake and it was delicious!Would recommend cookie mama to anyone that likes baked goods as they taste as good as the regular versions.

The order was ready on time and the pick up was easy.Got gluten free cupcakes. The packaging is neat and simple. Cupcakes are quite dry. (Even though they’re gluten free, there are many recipes out there that give non dry results) when paying $28+ for 6 cupcakes, dry is not the expectation.Over all - just okay!

They are the absolute best local bakery in Calgary! We have ordered multiple cakes from cookie mama in the past and we are consistently pleased with the presentation and taste! You can definitely tell how much effort and care they put into all their products and its a major plus they offer dairy free and vegan options on top of their already diverse flavour options.We recently ordered two custom cakes last minute and cookie mama was able to execute my vision for both cakes perfectly and in a short time frame! Thank you for being so amazing!

I absolutely love everything here. Mr Big Stuff (brownie) is to die for, and you can’t even tell it’s gluten free, I’d say it’s better. All my birthday cakes and party cupcakes come from here. Try the soft serve vegan ice cream in the warmer months, a must try.

This review is based on customer service.I called in this morning confirming that the store was open as I'm coming from out of town Even though their hours of operation give a certain time I'd like to just double check so when I call then I left a message then I called in a second time nobody answered and then I called the third time and someone did and all I did was ask if they're open and I got nothing but attitude saying I picked up the phone didn't I I guess that means I'm open wow really lots of people forward their phones or use a cell phone I just wanted to make sure that they were open before I drove 40 minutes. It's Easter long weekend well if you're going to be that rude to a new customer guess what I'm not wasting my time coming in. you only have one chance to make a first impression and what a bad first impression the store left with me

Got a assorted box of gf/vegan cupcakes, some of the best I’ve had. the staff was super helpful, I was looking to fill a last min order for a potluck and I got 12 random ones.. I had no idea all the toppings are added after, thanks for doing the most team :)

OMG! Def one of my NEW favourite places in Calgary! Just Wow! I was so stoked to pass it by on my walk down 17th and I’m telling you friends! This place is worth it! I got a variety of 5 different cookies and baked goods for $15!!! Totally worth the price knowing you are putting some good stuff in your system! Absolutely LOVED the Crocodile Rock cookie, that thing melts in your mouth it’s SO good! Plus the space is beautifully decorated and filled with so much love and art! It is worth it to stop by!

This place is fantastic. I had never been here before. I was picking up a cupcake order for a wedding and thought I'd try a few for our family. The cupcakes were delicious and the service was great. I'd definitely come back again.

Got cupcakes for my birthday, only 4 so we were able to just walk in - it was a very quick and pleasant experience! They were frosted on the spot too, so they tasted super fresh! We really enjoyed the cake part. Very fluffy and just the right amount of sweetness (we usually find other bakeries' goods to be too sweet). The chocolate buttercream on 2 of the 4 cupcakes was also amazing, perfect consistency and flavour! (the ones in the picture). However, the ones with cream cheese frosting (bohemian rhapsody and smooth operator) tasted a little too much like vinegar. I have not seen any reviews mentioning this so I assume we might have been unlucky on the particular batch of frosting?
