Had a good experience. Nice head massage. Only complaint is that it was quite warm, maybe adjust the air-conditioning. I would go back.

They don’t take time with the clients, I asked to have blonde hair and they charged me 160$ for a dark brown color talking about they don’t have time lol.Total disapointment.

Alexina was a fantastic hair dresser.Worth coming to the south shore from LaSalle for a cut. I loved the ambience of this place. The decor, the coffee. In the smallest details this hair salon has character and adds to the experience.

Great haircut, I've only gotten good commentaries on my hairstyle since I've been there. Staff is very friendly and the place decor is welcoming and fancy.

Not going back. I find the quality of the work done is inconsistent.For a while the color was pretty but then the “good” girls are booked and you have to wait a while to get an appointment with them. Then, they assure you that all of them are good so you book an appointment, spend over 200$ for highlights, have to go again because the job wasn’t done properly (looked like nothing was done) so they “fix it” and then, few weeks after it looks bad again.Another time, another girl didn’t listen really what I wanted. I got my hairbang way too short after telling the girl multiple times not to cut too short. I had a straight cut even if I told her my hair needs layers and a “U” shape. All she said after was “sorry”. That was after I had seen her many times and thought she knew me and I trusted her.I am not hairdresser but I know when a job is well done.
