They sold me a stove but I found out a week later, when it was supposed to be delivered, they didn't have it in stock. They expected me to wait till mid August for it to be delivered without ever having mentioned that there would be a delay. I called multiple times for more information and I was told I'd be called back with urgency and I am still waiting. I will be going in store to demand a refund. I recommend you go literally anywhere else to buy your appliances as this company cannot be trusted.

Ordered online. I received an email telling me my order was ready to be picked up but when I went to the store they couldn't find it. They were unable to provide any help since it was a web order. I was told to contact support online and have still no answers after 1 week. I called the store back and they are still unable to provide any help, not even able to provide a phone number to call the customer support for the web orders.

You can buy by financing. Desjardins Accorde, by 9.9% interest in 60 months. BUT they supposed to deliver my TV stand on 28 of June as they promised, but they hadn't that in their stock. They delivered that 3weeks after! Why you sell something that you don't have?! They even didn't accept for the refund!

When we received our purchase there was an error where we received two one seaters rather than one one seater and a two seater. The salesman took charge and made the correction immediately. One of the electric chairs did not work and the other had an imperfection in the stuffing on the front of the chair. Again - the salesman made sure that the next delivery day we would receive exactly what had been ordered and the erroneous chairs will be recuperated. The availability of the salesman is greatly appreciated -
