Came here for a quick fade because my hair was looking a little homeless, my boy Michael cut me real nice, was very satisfied and was super nice and considerate

Went to see Dominic for a hair cut, he did a fantastic job and left me feeling refreshed and new with the hot towel and shampoo. The staff was friendly and helpful , and the shop was clean and Sanitized. I would definitely recommend coming here for an out of this world experience!!

Took our son here for a light trim of his hair. We asked for no more than 1 to be removed as he wanted to keep it long. The barber (Vivienne) absolutely hacked it

Came here for first time for a cut, shampoo and beard trim. I was a few minutes late, had trouble finding it in the mall. No other customers were there when I arrived. Woman at reception was very nice but barber (Emi) barely said two words the entire time, had poor body language and rushed the cut. He tossed the hot towel on my face like he was doing laundry. He also came rushing back to the cash as I was paying to make sure I was being charged $15 for the beard trim, which he spent all of 30 seconds on with the clippers. Actual haircut isn’t bad overall but the experience wasn’t worth $54.

Not sure what the negative reviews are all about. This was the best haircut (by Nick) and service I've received in a long time. I was late by a couple minutes, they were behind a couple minutes and I got a text when they were ready for me...doesn't get any easier! Great communication, friendly & great service and Nick did a fantastic job with my haircut while being extremely nice to talk to. Highly recommended.

My first haircut with Nick was my pre wedding hair cut.. he did amazing work!And then.. I went back and had Adele... Needless to say I'm not happy, she was rushed. Didn't ask me how long or short I wanted my hair. Just started cutting away at it like she was strapped for time. Secondly she absolutely Burchard my haircut.. now usually. I'm not bothered with a Butcher as long as I leave with a sack full of premium meat. However in this case I was the bag of meat with a joke on top of my head as I left with my hood up pulled tight.. I'll be wearing a hat from this point forward to hide the abomination. Really disappointed as it's not a cheap cut either. I will not be going back to this place and more specifically never to her again. But I have to cut this place off entirely as they clearly hired her, and they probably will hire more Butchers in the future. Or at least thats how I have to approach it moving forward. Really really unhappy with you guys right now.. just a dam shame.

Took my son in for a haircut for the first time. We were walk ins and had to make an apt...no probkem...booked and returned later. Asked for my son to get a trim to tame his wild curls and when asked if it could be cut a bit shorter, got some attitude from the barber by the name of Emi. Clearly was annoyed with my request. Told me I should of told him that in the first place and carelessly tossed his brush back in the drawer and complained that it was gonna take longer and that he had another customer waiting. NO ONE WAS THERE OTHER THAN US. I will never return here. I will spend my hard earned money elsewhere. Not professional and his manner stinks.

It’s easy to book an appointment, I’ve never had to wait, have a clean place with different packages. Dominic is very patient, never rushes an appointment and gives really great cuts.

Have tried to have a haircut at this establishment on 6 different occasions, and each time have been turned down. Reason given l did not have an appointment. Each time the place was empty except for employees. Was it because I'm a senior was it because l look like maybe l can't afford the fees?
