Had trouble getting the cartridges to work in my printer. I reached out and help was fast and easy. They had my printer working in less than 10 minutes. I am not pleased with HP, but very happy with my service from Canada Toner!

Very reasonable price for quality products. I also ordered ink cartridges for a second printer we purchased. Cartridges were not the right ones. I was issued a refund. There was a little issue. It was resolved very quickly! Thank You for your great service.

There was a hiccup with my address, the exceptional customer service when I flagged up the situation rectified it with a next day delivery. The product is as good as my past HP toners for a fraction of the price, plus my printer doesn't get too angry for me using them. Canada Toner are now my go to suppliers.

I ordered a box of ink cartridges and had trouble with one of them. I used the online chat and the person had me run through a few tests. When the tests failed they quickly offered to expedite a new box of cartridges. I received the replacements in 2 days and everything works great now. Very happy with their customer service!

I received excellent customer service. I received the replacement of four black cartridges, not photo black. I have not needed to load a new cartridge I received. Thank you for doing what you said on the phone. Very appreciative of your company

Excellent customer service! My printer was not printing in color or black and white. Canada Toner sent a new set of cartridges to help fix the problem. After cleaning the printer heads many times and inserting new cartridges, I was able to print in black and white. Sadly the color never came back. I am thinking it is a printer problem. I appreciate the help I received from Canada Toner! Highly recommend!
