I visited the dealership on April 10, 2023 for the change out of my snow tires and scheduled maintenance. Junior Ali, the Service Consultant was exceptional walked me through the services to be carried out including a couple of other suggestions as well. Junior was courteous, informed, thoughtful and uber customer-centric. No surprises on my my final bill. The added bonus was when I picked up my vehicle, it had been washed and cleaned inside and out. That was a great bonus and well appreciated.

If I could leave more than 5 stars I would!! I have been looking for a car recently and I have been to many different dealerships. I visited Toyota, Lexus, Chevrolet and finally Audi, and I have to say that the overall service at Audi is impeccable. The receptionists were all very kind and always had a smile on their face. We then met with Arie, our car salesman, who's service was also impeccable. He was very polite, professional, confident, had a calm energy, and he made us feel like we were at home. After having visited all those other dealerships we were in absolute shock of the quality of service that we received from everybody especially Arie. I will definitely be returning here for my next car purchase, and I highly reccomend that anyone who is looking for a car to come visit this place!

I dealt with junior at the services department. I came in with a flat tire and he made sure I got my car back as soon as possible. He is a miracle worker. I’ve never received better service at a dealership before. Definitely continuing my services with junior he was an amazing help.

What a colossal waste of my time. Salesmen failed to disclose the car I drove two hours to purchase was covered in deep scratches. And made little effort to correct the situation. Numerous pictures of the car had no evidence of the paint damage visible. I expect much better from an Audi dealership. Found an immaculate car elsewhere, and for a better price to boot.

Since the pandemic this location definitely had some challenges and although it wasn't awful they took a few steps back compared to the service we received prior ... Well my first visit back in 2023 felt like the good old days! They took good care and delivered with enthusiasm and professionalism. Shout out to Junior!
