From the showroom floor to day of installation was very quick. Victoria from sales was very helpful with picking the correct material and accommodating with special cuts. The team that arrived to install the counter top was Lucas and Ryan who were efficient, careful of other stone around the area and answered any further questions. Pleasure meeting such a great team and looking forward to dealing with them for the inside kitchen project.

I am writing this review after our second time working with KW Countertop.As was the case with our first project, they were professional right from first contact, through to completion.Our experience in the showroom was perfect. No high pressure sales tactics, and all of our questions were answered. Once we decided upon our colour selection, we received our quotes in a timely manner.From there, we decided to move forward with the project. We were well aware of what was required of us, and what KW Countertop would be doing.The communication about onsite measuring was accurate, as was the communication about our install date.The delivery date came, and Lucas and Ryan were professional from start to finish. From putting down protective coverings for the floor, to leaving our house as they found it. Steve checked in and helped move the large top to the basement and ensured there were no issues.We had two quartz counters installed on this project, one long top, complete with sink, and one island top with a ‘waterfall’ edge. The joint on the waterfall edge is perfect and we ended up with exactly what we envisioned.A few years ago, our kitchen project was also done to perfection. We are constantly receiving compliments and are quick to tell people that the project was done by KW Countertop.I would recommend KW Countertop to anyone I know, from friends to family.

As part of our 2022 Kitchen renovation, three new countertops were needed. After visiting the show rooms of most of the major retailers in Kitchener - Waterloo to review product samples and quotes we decided to go with KW Countertop. Their product selection, timing and cost was very competitive, as well as there outstanding ratings on Google, Facebook, Homestar's and with the BBB.The Front-End Sales staff was eager to clearly answer all of my technical questions regarding quartz vs granite and as well as the in-home measure and installation process. Their timing of 2 weeks (other were 3-4 weeks) sealed the deal.The computerized measurement process (less than 1 hour, done by Brian) was exceedingly accurate, as detailed by the countertop precisely fitting the wavy wall contours. The install process was impressive. When asked how long would it take to install the 3 countertops and the sink, the install guys (Nick & Ryan) said less than 1 hour. I was very skeptical but they did it, and did it right in about 50 minutes!!! Additionally, no damage occurred to the countertop, walls, doors etc. Nick’s friendliness and demeanour was also outstanding.We did need to call KW Countertop back to enlarge the hole for the water tap, as the tap had changed since the quote. Steve was there same day to look after this, with efficiency, accuracy and with a very friendly demeanor considering it was there last working day in 2022 and very late in the afternoon.In summary, mine and my wife's experience with KW Countertop was outstanding. If you need competitive pricing, excellent quality quartz along with excellent installation, KW Countertop will exceed these needs.
