I have been dealing with a fungal nail infection for several years and during this time I have been treated by two other practitioners without success. I began treatment at this clinic with Anam Karbhari just over a year ago and I am thrilled to have had it confirmed today that the infection has been cleared up. Several methods were used (medication, laser & the filing of the nail) and I was very consistent with both applying the medication daily and following-up with monthly clinic appointments. I find both Anam and Lynne (receptionist) lovely to deal with. I have partial insurance coverage for this service but found the clinic's rates to be reasonable. Given both my experience with this clinic and my success with treatment, I highly recommend this clinic.

I went to treat an ingrown toenail and it was a great first experience. Super quick, I was out of the office in less than 30mins. Dr. Ben and Lynn were both amazing, so friendly and very attentive. Highly recommend! Thank you so much for making my toe feel better!

The clinicians here are kind and honest and I would recommend them for anything other than laser treatments. Despite my better judgement, and after close to a dozen appointments I saw no impact or difference on my nail fungus. After doing more research, I realized that the positive response rate to this treatment is less than 10%. Save your money and look into other methods.

I’ve been coming to Active Footwear for, I want to say, around 6-8 months and the service and care I have received is beyond exceptional!I wish I knew about them sooner for my toe, I would’ve come to them years ago!While the procedures aren’t covered under OHIP the relief I feel after each session is worth every penny!Amazing service, kind and friendly staff, would not go anywhere else!

I have taken my elderly mother to Dr. Sadie for her foot issues several times, there were no wait times and the staff are friendly and efficient. Dr. Sadie was so kind yet professional, she spent lots of time with my mom, listened to my mom’s concerns, then explained everything to her clearly. The bill was reasonable and was exactly as quoted. Honestly I can’t imagine having any complaints with this Doctor or staff, I would highly recommend them.

My brother booked the appt and I brought my 86 yr old mother in for a sore and infected big toe nail. The staff were informative, caring, knowledgeable and very competent for a reasonable price. We will be returning.

I called due to foot pain and they were able to get me in the next day. The receptionist is a very sweet lady who is very customer oriented. Dr. Ben was very patient to answer any questions I had (and I had many). My benefits provider requested more information for the coverage (more supporting docs) and they responded back to me in less than an hour.My only constructive feedback would be to ask your patients what types of shoes they wear prior to recommending orthotics. I got orthotics, come to find that they were not compatible with any of my shoes and to cut them down far enough would have taken away from the support of the orthotics. Unfortunately sometimes you don't know what you don't know, and if you have never used orthotics you wouldn't have known to ask - this information upfront would have helped.
