An extremely helpful and friendly family owned business . They go out of their way to please their customers and are very reasonable and fair re: pricing. Have a huge selection of phone and tablet cases and accessories if you have a cell that you can't find a case for anywhere ....my bet is they have it. The service is prompt sometimes while u wait. They carry a variety of high quality appliances, speakers and stereo systems, new and refurbished phones, digital cameras, tablets, neon lights etc.... I would highly recommend this place if you want fair pricing with a knowledgeable and honest staff. Thanks Anne, Rob and parents !

I rang them to inquired about having my phone fixed, and was told it would take an hour. when i brought my phone in the man laughed t me when i showed him my phone and said it would be 2 hours as they were busy, i said OK. then when i returned after 2 hours he said it would be another hour, so again i waited. then after about 45 minutes i received a phone call to say the parts he was using were defective. i went back to collect my phone and not only was it not repaired, he gave it to me in 3 pieces and it is worthless now. AVOID!

The worst possible customer service. I bought a HDMI cable from them which lasted me only 7 days and it broke! I took it to the store and the owner said, this is not my problem, he was extremely rude and did not bother to exchange or provide a discount for a new cable!

Quick & easy. Located in the heart of Spadina, uncle told me he’s been here for 40 years now. I went to get my picture clicked for my US visitors application. He knows all the details so no need to worry about measurements.

US visa photos taken by them were perfect and as per specifications, the seal was good too. I would recommend them. Price was around $20 . little expensive but OK

I am extremely disappointed and unsatisfied. Last week I bought a case for my Samsung 8 plus. The saleswoman told me that it was the best one they have. It cost me, 30 CAD. One day later, it started to break. Then, I went to the store and I quickly explained the situation and the outcome I expected to the salesman who was there at that time. He told me that it was the poor quality of that product and it was not their fault. He was so rude and unhelpful. He has provided no assistance at all, saying that it is my fault and my issue. So I will never go to this store again.
