Actually, I would say for my first experience buying an RV, it was a Nightmare!I bought from Jayco, Mitchell a bungalow, signed the contract, but changed my mind for a bigger one. They allowed me to change my mind and we wrote up another contract. Then I was told they would not be coming in till following year. At that time I decided to go back to original bungalow and I had them sign that when they came in the following year the contract would stay same as original contract, same price etc. They went back on their word. When trailer came in, it was $30,000 more and they would not hold to deal! I think because I had a trade in they gave me a few thousand off! They went back on word!!!!After purchasing trailer, I found the service basically ended.It was hard to get salesman Shane to return calls. He treated me as if I was not important. Funny enough at first he flirted with me and my girlfriend at different times separately giving us pick up lines!And then - his service was everything but professional. We had service problems with brand new trailer in which I called him on, as my friend and I slept with no heat on a freezing cold night, and the water pressure was bad. He told me to text him during working hours, not to bother him!I write this after seriously contemplating that if I do, perhaps service would be worse. When I mentioned to him that if his service would be better, he could get more sales as my park would have heard wonderful stories about how great Jayco was. His comment was, he had enough business, didn’t concern him!Really Shane?!?!?! Really Jayco?!?!?! Is this the kind of advertisement and product you want to represent?I sign off!A very distraught Customer!!!

We purchased a Jayco trailer here in 2021 after a great sales experience. Casual, low pressure, but knowledgeable and helpful.Needed a service appointment this week and the service was quick, friendly and got us on our way so we didn't miss any of our pre-planned trips.Great experiences overall. Highly recommend!

First of all I would like to sincerely apologize to yourself and your advisors.I would have never entered into this business venture if I was aware of your groups intellectual superiority. To change your floorplan choices three times prior to purchase, step back from your monetary commitment to our independent site set up crew and fill your review with borderline slanderous statements, has your group at a plateau and pay scale far above myself. My wife and I bought a new 2022 Jayco last fall. During the initial sale everything was not too bad. After the sale everything went down hill. We had numerous issues that were not dealt with and they did not want to deal with. I know these trailers will have quality issues and we knew that going in but there was no service after the sale was complete. They even wanted to invoice us for a broken door kickplate.Went on our first camping trip of 2022 and the supplied Jay Port did not have the Blackstone griddle attachment. Only the hose with no attachment to the griddle. Water heater is not working, no hot water all weekend. Pictures are of a few issues of trailer quality.

Stacy was very professional and clear about the trailer. She was also accommodating to my needs. The staff was also very helpful in going through the trailer and explaining all aspects of it. I am pleased with my buying experience at Stratford RV centre.

The whole team was a dream to work with. Shane was great in helping us find the perfect trailer for our family. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a trailer! Top notch service!
