The ATM has money in it. Something my bank should take note of as it is tapped dry 9/10 times. You can also withdraw in 10 dollar increments... Crisp 50 bills from an ATM yes please

Terrible customer service. Refused to open account because there wasn’t enough time left in the day even though they were still open and there were six employees at the desk literally doing nothing, no other customers and multiple advisors in the private rooms. Apparently going home was more important to them.I expect your response will be to give me a 1-800 number that I can call to discuss my problem. If that if your go to response don’t bother replying, it will just cement how terrible your customer service is to me. If I could give you zero stars I would.Enjoy your evening, I sure you had plenty of time to get ready to go home for the day.

Had alot of issues with my account and card that weren't fully resolved in one day and the guy Carlo's didn't know enough about my questions and asking his other co workers because he couldn't figure out the problem on his own I didn't feel he knew alot about his jobThe other guy was good so he gets the starnot sure his name but was friendly and professional and knew his job
