they used to sell rit dye for less than $10, now they doubled the price to $18, and post a %50 off for rit dye. idk if this is good or bad marketing but ill go to michaels across the street

Staff was not helpful, but there is a ton of them! They appear miserable - I guess that’s how it is now after Covid. Also not stroller friendly so it’s hard to maneuver without knocking into rolls of fabric or their display tables! So disappointed! I’ve been a member for over 15 years! Never going to this one again! 2 star rating cause at least it has tons of parking.

I bought some fabric for covering my DIY acoustic panels. One of the employees was able to help me find a suitable fabric (145cm wide) at a great price!If I need fabric again, I'll definitely be stopping by. Thanks Fabricland

First off my biggest complaint with this location is that they have no flexability with regards to cashing out customers. Every time I come here I have to wait in line longer than it takes me to search the store for what I want, get it cut, and then I wait and wait and wait at the cash. Why don’t you guys try to be more functionally, productive, for example; the lady in front of me was filling out an application for a Fabricland card. Why didn’t the cashier have her do that and cash out the other two or three people, including myself that were behind her first? Instead, both the cashier, and everyone else waiting just stood there until she was completed with her application, then we again had to wait to process her transaction. It’s simple logic to try and move things along and it’s good customer service. Sure you guys may have a monopoly, but more and more online fabric sources are becoming available and the absolute in convenience of having to always stand in line and wait behind an antiquated system to cash out consumers is just bad business and will further decline your customer loyalty and experience. How about another suggestion, which occurs in most other retail environments, if the cashier has more than two people in line, why not call up one of the other associates… Like the ones I see, standing behind the cutting table with nothing to do? Come on guys… Get with the program!The only reason I’m offering two stars at least the staff at the cutting table or otherwise are always friendly and helpful when needed.

Great variety of selection from satin, stretch satin, silk, cotton, etc. The associate who helped us was super nice and helpful in finding compatible colors for our fabric.

Great store. The staff at this location are extremely helpful.As a novice sewer, I always find the staff here eager and willing to help. The last time I visited I was helped by an associate named Mary. I was so grateful for her advice on sewing tools and what fabrics would work best for the project I had planned.There is a huge selection of fabrics for anything from garment construction to upholstering. The prices are more than reasonable and there are always great sales going on.If you love seeing or you’re considering starting drop in this location and prepare to be inspired by their extensive selection of sewing materials.
