Don’t have option to negatively rate the store staff or would have done so. EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF. On the counter purchasing an item… she said it’s on final sale. Okay, i was like let me check basic condition before i pay. Even had my card in my hands for payment… would have taken me 30s to check the item (maximum a minute). It was five minutes after store closing time. She was so blunt and rude about it like are you paying or not (like this second). I said i want to purchase it but give me a minute to make sure it’s okay. Seriously guys, you don’t have to be rude to convey a message. It wasn’t like i was going to take more than your minute! I was shocked by her behaviour and literally walked out of the store.To whoever is responsible for the store - It was labour day and closing shift. Please teach your staff basic communication and courtesy… it will go long way.

Tina was phenomenal. She was very informative of all the products and very friendly.

Terrible customer experience, very hard to have a deal with. They refused to refund the purchase half an hour later after purchase was made. I am sure one purchase dispute doesn't worth to lose your regular customers.

worst store ever you can buy a thing. Once bought then forget it. I ordered something online and for return they said bring a printed copy of invoice sent to me in email. They misbehaved, i complaint and their cs phone is always not in office hours and i emailed they never responded. never buying again

I went to go grab a set of suitcases for an engagement gift for my friends. Massive sale and had great help from one of the employees. She also held onto my purchase while I shopped around some more to get a card. Fantastic!

Great customer service and deals. I bought 2 suitcases at great price. So happy with the way that Arajna helped me and my husband to decide. She is friendly, kind and patient. She opened various suitcases without hesitation and made good suggestions. Definitely will visit the store again!

I headed into Bentleys to buy my son a replacement backpack. I was a little short on time but I was met by two friendly sales ladies. My son found a bag he liked and we made our way to the cash. This is where a 4 star shopping experience turned into a 1 star experience. The woman at the register started out pleasant enough. Then she began trying to upsell me every piece of useless junk littering her cashwrap. I get it, I've been in sales/retail for nearly 20 years but she went from overly eager to inappropriately annoying very quickly. After I declined all of her products, she asked me if I wanted to donate to a charity. I responded with not today thank you". We were already 3 or 4 minutes into me being at her register and honestly we were just ready to go ... she then had the audacity to ask me if I was sure ... I said yes
