THE Place to stay....especially for us on our layover before heading home. Food court connected to ungrounded tunnel was perfect- lots of choices. Burger place was awesome!View from our 9th floor room was great!Staff was wonderful too, gave us an early wake up call, taxi to airport and more! Friendly folks here!

The location of the hotel was great and view from our room was spectacular -but worth the $600 price tag? No way. Staff were not friendly, accommodating, or welcoming upon arrival or checkout. Parking was $50 for 24 hrs but due to staff neglecting to enter our plate number we got a ticket for $65. Very unhappy. When we went to the desk to have the ticket issue cleared up, staff didn't even apologize for their mistake. Check in was not smooth - room had been prepaid weeks earlier but staff couldn't find the credit card info. Room was average and the bathroom wasn't the nicest, discolored tile grout, loose toilet seat, no fan. Beds were great, lots of pillows - we slept well. Food options limited and VERY expensive: we ate out at a super pub nearby instead. Overall this 5 star" hotel is more like a 3 - vastly overpriced and poorly serviced."

First time staying here and likely will try another hotel first if we have to stay in Vancouver again. The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable . The staff were very pleasant and helpful and seemed happy to be working here.Bed was comfortable and the AC worked well. Pillows were a bit small and soft, but we had a good night sleep anyways. The reasons for for not getting more stars are:Parking is isn’t included, yes a small discount is given, and there was always someone patrolling the area, which a gave me piece of mind, but I have gotten security and parking included at hotels just up the street. Maybe it’s because I am not from the city, but $50+ for 24hrs of parking…. Ouch.No breakfast, or deals on food.TV, after a long day or running around, we couldn’t watch anything good or recent unless we wanted to pay. Now maybe I am wrong , but then it wasn’t clear how to watch anything good or recent.Didn’t try the internet.A hotel of this size, would be very difficult to paint and modernize, so I don’t mind that everything felt a bit dated.IMO not worth the price.

Don't forget to use HoteITully.ᴄᴏm when booking a resort. This website will compare thousands of booking websites and usually will have rates much cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This place is one of the highest rated in this area. I have been coming here for a long time. If you stay for a few nights you definitely won't regret it.Stayed at this hotel following a cruise to Alaska. With hundreds of other cruise customers from various cruise lines. The hotel is right next to the cruise dock, so is very convenient. My room was a very upgraded room, extremely modern with top appointments. The elevators are all card coded for every room. I received membership to the Pacific Club on the top floor which offered panoramic views of Vancouver harbor, drinks and snacks during the day, and complimentary breakfast in the morning.

Check in was smooth and fast. The valet staff was efficient and helpful. Room was clean , beautifully decorated and very comfy.Con:The hot tub wasnt working well. Water was luke warm and had no bubbles. Super disappointing for a 5 star hotel.

Nice hotel with beautiful view of the harbor, we watched sunrise and cruise ships coming to the port from 19th floor. Rooms were a bit older. We paid a lot more then usually for the room to have this prime location but room fridge was empty, beds were small, room was lacking USB plugs, the ones it had on the desk were broken and we had to pay $55 extra for one night parking. Breakfast was not included either although choices and quality of breakfast buffet was good and service was nice.

Best view in town and perfect location, but far from luxury customer service. Rooms are dated and tired. We had a clogged shower w/months of hair and other gunk which caused water to back up several inches. Maintenance was sent and all he did was leave disgusting reminisce on the tub and in our trash can. Shower continued to back up, so I went to the front desk and they sent another maintenance person to actually remedy the issue. Pool is not heated and pool area was left dirty and unattended. Zero service provided at the pool. The gym is old and you are immediately greeted with an awful smell due to an unattended water feature that has been left to mold and rot. The highlight of this hotel is William at the checkin desk and all of the employees working the bar and restaurant. I emailed my concerns to the GM with no response, which is just another example of very poor customer service. For the overpriced accommodations, there are many other hotels in the area that know what customer service should be. 3 star hotel at best.

It's the little things that matter. We arrived after a 14hr flight at the hotel at 8:30am. Dreading the late check-in, we were told our room was ready and we could go straight in. The porter was about 2 minutes behind us with our bags. Excellent! Twin beds that were double size. Pillows that were so comfortable. Shower curtain on a rail that was arc-ed outwards - the curtain didn't slap around you as you showered. Bathroom products that not only smell nice, but didn't feel like the cheapest, driest washing liquid. Positioned right on top of the cruise terminal making it easy for us to travel onward. A really really nice place to stay.

The rooms and location are great enough. We didn’t utilize a cruise so this would probably be 5 stars across the board if we did. I’d say overall the hotel is 5 stars though. For the price, it would be nice if the elevators just connected directly to the parking garage. They don’t and you have to transfer. At the moment, one of the garage elevators is down. Not a big annoyance but hope they fix this soon.I was hoping for a bidet or at least an eco flush with the toilet but it’s fine and the bathroom works so can’t complain.Everything else is great though. You’re definitely paying for the views and free pool access. If you’ve got a cruise or something going on at the convention center you can’t pick a better place. There’s a lot of food within walking distance and there are facilities in the hotel and convention center.Stanley park is literally down the road. You can catch a flight with harbor air.Check in was pretty seamless. Depending when you go and when you check in, there could be a bit of a wait with all the cruise ship passengers coming and going.Great option for special occasions.
