Every time I go to the drive threw i always water more than 30 min to be served. Often to be asked what I ordered at the window. Last time I went they took so long i brought my son to the shawarma place instead. Worst Tim Hortons in the Ottawa Gatineau region

Something changed within a year! Your workers are doing an exceptional job! They looked happy which means they work better in a team! We got our food really fast and it was made PERFECTLY! Its super clean considering the big amount of customers! The staff are working hard and they are friendly! The ONLY thing I was a bit shocked to see was the women's room... No more toilet paper and a bit of a mess but I don't blame because people were going in and out. This building isn't fully accessible because the activation buttons weren't working at all. People had to open doors for. I wish the main bathroom doors can also have buttons, it would make disabled people alot more independent! (To enter the bathroom not the stalls). I ordered an ice cap and Tim Bits because it was a long trip we were doing. The ice cap was delicious!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is disgusting.We already went back once for a reorder of breakfast wraps. We get home and the order was messed up AGAIN. On top of that I open the donut box to this nasty hair. I will NEVER. Go back to this place. No wonder it has 3.7stars

The food was good and service was fast. But there was alot of drama within the employee's. Might of been an idea to have a manager working with the crew... it did make for good entertainment while I waited for my food but it sure looked as toxic as toxic gets.

Disappointed change the opening hour without notice what they don't know and care about is they are people that do work at 6 am we supported them for 20 years thanks tim Hortons

Quality of food seems to be getting worse. I wish they would stick with only a few food choices but get them right. I ordered a grilled chicken wrap and it was awful. The wrap tasted like cardboard and there was very little chicken.

The staff clearly lack of professionalism and are clearly not trained enough to work in this stressful environment. The place is covered in filth, dirty flies and ants all over the pastries. Almost never give the exact order to the clients due to their poor speaker/microphone. Enough is enough!

Worst tims I have been to, burnt bagels, 80% filled coffees and tries to charge you more on your orders and messes up the orders as well. Employees like Alexendre should really be trained better, his sloggish attitude will really pull down the reputation of the place. He gave bacon when we asked him specifically not to put any bacon or meat and there was no bacon in the order items either. Be careful and check before taking your orders.
