Pho Hoan Pasteur
Very reasonably priced with prompt service, with a friendly and attentive staff. The food tastes great and the meal always come with a pot of complimentary tea that is also delicious. I like to pop in once a week or so when I'm in the fort.

Place was clean and bright. Smelled so amazing. Food came out super fast and was so good. Staff was super nice and very attentive. 10/10 will go back again for some of their pho next time. I got a #42.(pictured).

It's a solid 4 star establishment.Food is good, prices are reasonable, and the service is friendly. Decore and atmosphere are basic but good.This place closes at 8pm which is unfortunate. I've found that when I've eaten here between 7 and 8pm the food isn't as well prepared and the servers are less attentive; so get there before 7pm for the best experience and freshly made food.

As a visiting Vietnamese from H-Town (Houston), Pho restaurants are like gas stations - one or two within 2-mile driving radius.I had the Pho special". Brisket meat was broken

Nice, bright and clean restaurant that serves delicious Vietnamese food. Received wonderful service from Joy who was helpful and so pleasant to deal with; Alvina was also very nice and gave wonderful and friendly service. The chicken rice plate was delicious and the meat was tender. I also enjoyed the Taro Bubble Tea. The complimentary hot tea was also good and it was served with a glass of water. It was also nice of them to replace rice (or noodles) with vegetables for someone in our group who was carb-cutting. The restrooms were nice and clean as well. There’s ample parking in front of the restaurant. They accept credit cards, including AMEX. We’ll keep coming back!

Absolute joke of a business. I was a long time customer since the first store on the Northside of Edmonton. You had a reputation of making the same dish perfect everytime. I try this trash location in fort sask. What I get is inconsistency. First, hairs in one of my orders, another order on a different day wasnt even what I ordered, almost everytime the green onion cakes come crunchy and inedible and today which is the final straw, a huge piece of a plastic bag. If it's still the same owner, I suggest you get this location in check and re-instate the standards I grew up enjoying.

I absolutely love Pho Hoan Pasteur's spicy beef sate pho with peanuts. The flavours are so delicious and aromatic, with the perfect amount of spiciness. My wife enjoys grilled chicken and spring rolls with vermicelli and their peanut sauce as it is quite tasty as well. However, we both agree that it's not the best peanut sauce in town. The green onion cakes are also delicious and quite large. I'd like to try some of their other dishes, but every time we go, that spicy beef sate pho is what I end up ordering as it's just that damn good.

Sent my husband to get me Pho with detailed instructions because he doesn't usually know what to order at a Vietnamese restaurant and KAYLA made him feel very welcome and carefully put together my order perfectly. I hope one day soon I can come visit this lovely place and thank her in person.

Great food, the staff are friendly and they welcome my kids (and even ask where they are when we go without them! Lol) I’d definitely recommend checking them out. Well worth it.
