The most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with. The owner threatened me that if I posted a bad review his lawyer would sue me. It took his company three times to fix an easy issue ( that's three separate invoices over $500.00). Save time, money and headache and go elsewhere. Update: I’ve paid Parallel 50 for your services. That means I paid you. Your constant harassment ( with texts and calls ) to my property management company shows your lack of professionalism and your attempt to manipulate the publics view as to why you have a bad review. Shame on you!!!! An Unjust review I think not!!!

Took two plumbers 4 hours to tell us they couldn't help with on demand hot water servicing and some leaky showers. No follow up. No recommendations. Just an $800 bill to be right where I started. I'm always nervous to call trades people and it's because of companies like this.

Its not often a service provider does such fantastic work.Our technician, Kyle, was very professional and very knowledgeable, he was able to diagnose and repair our heat quickly and for a reasonable amount of money. This saved us from using our costly electric furnace.
