If you care about your customers, don't engage this delivery service.They gave me a huge delivery window that I had to wait around for and then they missed it all together and gave me another huge delivery window. They left a message on my machine that was so fast, unclear, and hard to take down. I had to listen to it several times to get their number and tracking number. When I tried to call them back like they asked, I had to wait on hold for almost an hour.If you're a company that uses Day and Ross, it tells me you don't care about your customers and are happy to engage a cheap solution and transfer cost and aggravation to your customers.

This company called me last week to schedule an appointment for my pool to be delivered from Costco for today, gave me a time frame from 8-5, I took the day off work and nothing! They don't even answer the phone when i call.I googled this company and sure enough seems everyone has had problems with deliveries and the same issue! I'm trying to go through Costco costumer service now!

I have been expecting a shipment that left Alberta May 23, 2022 and ETA of delivery was set for June 1, 2022. There are 2 packages that are being delivered to me in Toronto by Day & Ross.I was told on June 6 that the packages were to be delivered. I was also told that I would receive a phone call for a delivery appointment. I received neither a phone call or a delivery on June 6. I waited at my house all day and nothing happened.When I called Day & Ross June 7, I was told that my packages were back at the terminal but that could not actually be verified. Why? Because Day & Ross have zero control at whatever terminal in Mississauga they use. All they can do is send an email. Well, I have been waiting 2 days for a reply. I have had to call Day & Ross 3 times and every time they have no idea where my packages are or have any indication as to when they will be delivered.I have read many reviews here stating the same issue. Everyone should to what I did and file a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. I filed two of them as Day & Ross has 2 offices in Canada. One in NB and the other in SK. Have at it people! There is strength in numbers.My next target is going to be the company I bought a pergola from and why they utilise such a useless shipping company.

The worst ever shipping service in my life that the driver just left the package ( coffee table) in the front of the elevator and he is gone. He was so rude and I never have seen this kind of poor service. For last 22 years any kind of packages I have had from any company they delivered to my door accept Day&Ross by the way 1 star is too much for them.

Bad service. When I called in to speak about my scheduled delivery the woman was extremely rude. They gave me a window of 8-5 the week before and said someone would call me the night before to give me a smaller window. Called at 915 day of and she said they don't leave the warehouse until 1030/11 and then will give an update after. Why give me 8-5 and lie. Was a Walmart delivery.

Ordered from Home Depot and they claimed to have delivered it. I have cameras around my house and absolutely nothing was delivered, trier following up but they are extremely incompetent or simply do not care. The package could of course be tracked if they want to but they absolutely do not seem to want to find where the package is. No idea why big companies use these guys

Promised next day delivery between their Mississauga Terminal to Dorval QC (Montreal Airport). One week later still no delivery. Customer service is next to impossible to get a hold of and the online chat is definitely completely useless.It turns out the carrier did make a delivery attempt on time. However, it was a failed attempt due to the dock being closed. The carrier only had to follow the instructions on the waybill to have a successful delivery.I increased the rating from 1 star to 3 star because the operations side almost succeeded in delivering on time. Contacting customer service is where the Day and Ross short comings are. Timely communications is all that needed to be done to prevent this shipping fiasco.

No one picks up the phone. All the other departments are useless. English is everyone second language. They don't seem to care about doing business properly so call another freight company. Last time I had a delivery and got the driver to pick up my shipment

Zero stars. Can't call them men, desi, refused to bring 200lb bed up an elevator even though paid for service. Had to do it myself. Never again.

My order was from Costco. I have never experienced shipping nightmares until now. The order is already 5 days late. Horrible service. Costco was trying to find a solution but from reading the other reviews, its clear, this company wins contracts with big box stores and under perform. Costco knows better and after my complaints, hope they find other more reliable delivery services. The amount of time wasted will never be compensated! This is not the company you want is time is of the essences. Still waiting for my delivery...
