Pretty disappointed with how my countertops turned out and the response from Paragon after contacting them was less-than-satisfactory. We were left with a large hole where the countertops should have extended and were told that it was because they didn't fit - even though it's very clear they fit just fine (and our previous countertops did as well). Now our brand new kitchen has this noticeable flaw that has been repeatedly commented on. If you purchase your countertops from IKEA be aware that Paragon takes over the contract and you have no choice in the matter.

I’m a contractor and have used the company on two occasions so far. Once indirectly, purchased a countertop through IKEA, and the other time directly. I meant to write this post for a long time (finished the last job in January 2022). In times were it seems the quality of work and services is decreasing, PARAGON SURFACING LTD. is an example how you can do things right. Lisa, the sales manager, provided quotes promptly, totally understood my needs, answered all my questions comprehensively, provide flawlessly timelines – in other words, she made my life easier and it was fun working with her. Her colleague came to do the measuring, explained all pro and cons, feasibilities and so on. The installation team didn’t rush, took their time, were willing to do extra adjustments with the goal to provide the best outcome for my client. At the end they caulked the edges, installed the sink. They cared, every single person seem to care. Great service, honest communication, professional consultation and excellent execution. Please don’t change!!!!

Got my new Ceasar Stone countertops for my new Ikea kitchen through Paragon, as that's how Ikea sells them. Happy customer. The techs did an excellent job, were professional, on time and left 0 mess to clean. Would highly recommend Paragon and their Ceasar Stone products

This is regarding an IKEA countertop installation. Paragon Surfacing was already hired by the IKEA not by me. This company installed quartz countertops in my kitchen. They made a mistake and my range doesn’t fit in.The width of my brand new LG range is slightly larger where the key panel is, but the template technician didn’t consider this. He only measured the middle of the range. I emailed the office and asked them to come and fix it. Two technicians came to my house with no nametags, no uniforms, clothes with no company logo, and no protective layer underneath their shoes. They walked all over my brand new floor with dirty shoes. Before I know, they pushed the range all the way in. I showed them the dark marks on both sides of the white countertop from the edge all the way back to the wall, after they pulled the range back out. It was the black paint coming off from both sides of the range. When he saw me upset he told me, “Why are you worried about the black marks? You won’t see them, when range is in”. I became more upset. They tried to clean the marks off by a cleaning agent. Our discussion escalated and they suddenly left my house leaving the range in the middle of the kitchen. Outside I asked for their names but they said they had no names. I tried to take their pictures to prove they were in my house, but one of them told me to “get the f… out of my face” and “go f… yourself”. Their office emailed me the same day and was very defensive about the whole thing. After I sent them two emails, they stopped communicating. These two photos were taken after the technicians pushed the range in and pulled it back out.

This review is regarding an IKEA countertop installation.They TOLD me when my templating appointment would be.Apparently due to the configuration of my kitchen, the technician said that they would need a third person to attend and assist with the installation and that I had to pay a $120 surcharge.They TOLD me when my installation date would be.They TOLD me that the installation would be rescheduled a week later than the original date (after I made arrangements to be home and available on that day).On the date of installation, only 2 people showed up, yet they charged me for a third person!Installation went well except a mess of debris was left under the sink.

Paragon staff were complete professionals. They were very helpful and the service was fast and efficient. I've already chosen the counter top from their show room samples that I want to use in my next project!

Used Paragon for my home renovation and found them to be professional, fast, courteous, honest, and meticulous. A millworker installed a bathroom vanity that wasn't centred on the wall faucet and when Paragon installer Jeremy attempted to install the counter he found Paragon's measurements, which were based on the millwork, were off. The sink drain on the under mount basin was two inches to the right of the wall faucet because of the placement of the sink cut-out. Jeremy immediately took responsibility and made it right. No questions asked. A new counter was re-manufactured and installed free of charge. Such a relief to deal with a company that doesn't make excuses and pass the buck (which they could've done as it was the millworker's measurements that were wrong). Jeremy was fantastic, as was Liam and Sergio and Lisa. Will definitely use Paragon again.

What an amazing experience!!! A very professional, hard working company. Each department of this company was a complete joy to work with. From scheduling, measuring right up to the installation. They are very friendly, accommodating and do absolutely gorgeous work. I'm still in awe with how informative and helpful they have been throughout the process. I highly recommend them and if it were possible to do so I would have rated them an even higher star rating.

Paragon did the installation of the Corian countertops in our laundry room, two bathrooms and the kitchen (new build). They spent a lot of time on taking measurements and at the time I remember being quite comfortable with having them do the installation .... but I couldn't have been more wrong. I have now been going back and forth with them for two months and they've said that I will be reimbursed for all the mistakes (some unfixable)/time wasted with multiple visits and I still haven't received anything (the emails have stopped...) - absolutely the worst customer service. I would HIGHLY suggest going with another company. The mistakes they made included miscutting the sink locations on one bathroom piece (which caused me to delay our plumbers); installing the large kitchen pieces against the recommended installation methods (as posted on the Corian website, and as I confirmed with Corian/Dupont) which they corrected after hours of arguing; miscutting the kitchen sink so that the attachments don't fit; sloppy caulking, and the list goes on.*It's worth noting that Paragon does a lot of the installs for Home Depot and IKEA so be careful!
