Our very heavy patio door would not open or close and after receiving a referral I called Wolf Creek and Tyler stopped by to take a look at what the problem was. Together we removed the heavy door and Tyler quickly found the problem and did a repair right then. We then put the heavy door back. I might add that he did all this despite a broken wrist! Tyler's customer service is unparalleled. He became my unwavering advocate in negotiating with his supplier to resolve a problem with manufacturing defects found in the glass of the patio doors. Ultimately, his supplier did not resolve the problem. Although Wolf Creek Window and Door Solutions was in no way responsible for the defects, Tyler, at no cost to me, reordered and replaced the defective glass. I am overwhelmed by his empathy, integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. I most highly recommend Tyler and his team.

Tyler was great to work with! He asked me questions about what was important to me and what I was looking for, and he worked with our builder to make sure our window and door installation went well, especially since a few were rather tricky installs that required close attention to detail. He also came up with a great solution to a particular tricky custom door install that really helped us solve a challenging situation. In a time where good contractors are hard to find, I feel like I hit the lottery with Tyler! He was on time, his work is impeccable, and he was very helpful with suggestions on the drywall returns for our windows. He took my 1985 home to 2022! Our furnace runs half as much; our home felt different immediately. New windows and doors was a great investment!
