Ray Plumbing Svc

Scheduled an appointment with Ray Plumbing. A short angry-looking fellow named Sam showed up. I tried to brush aside his negative demeanour at first, hoping that he'd warm up and act friendlier as time went by. But he unfortunately maintained a bad attitude throughout the appointment.Told him about the plumbing issue I was having in my home. I then asked him what his fee was for producing a plumber's report that was required to be shown to my insurance company. Sam replied that he didn't write such reports for clients. I pressed him on it, and he finally threw out a number for what I'd need to pay for the plumber's report. After initially being told that he didn't write plumber's reports, I felt uneasy about his qualifications. So I asked him if he was the owner, and he replied: Yes. I then asked how many years he'd been in business, to which he testily replied, Does that matter?"Fast forward through several more minutes of unpleasant conversation
